Very poor customer service. Excessive pricing and bordering gouging. When asked to explain the bill they took over thirty days to get an itemized bill. When I questioned them on the amounts I was basically told it is what it is and pay the bill. Had whole house plumbed for under $20,000 they did 1.5 days of work (2 guys one day and 1 for a half day) for over $4,200.00, no fixtures included in that price. Well a week after leaving Mark a voice mail and four days after this review was written Mark contacted me. Yes they credited my account.

They were able to coordinate with several other contractors who were also working on things for me and scheduled things perfectly.
