Turnkey Restoration is an exceptional company to work with. They go above and beyond to ensure that your entire experience from start to finish is as hassle-free as possible. Spencer, the co-owner (along with his wife), is an honest and just over-all nice guy to do business with. If you need a roof, siding, etc. inspected for weather damage, he will tell you the truth about whether it needs to be replaced or not. If it does, he will work with you and your insurance company to assist in getting repairs covered, if possible. Spencer and his team do as much of the legwork as they can so you hardly have to lift a finger. There were no delays in getting our roof and gutters replaced. Once the work was done, the crew did a great job of cleaning the yard of general debris and identifying and removing any nails in the yard. They even came back the next day to do another sweep, without being asked, since we have kids and dogs! Just after install, the first time it rained, we noticed a tiny drip coming from one corner of the newly installed gutters. We contacted Spencer and he immediately sent someone to inspect and repair the issue. We were highly satisfied with Turnkey Restorations work and our roof and gutters are beautiful!

I am extremely impressed with Spencer at Turnkey Restoration. Not only did he quickly patch my roof after a windstorm, but he helped and supported me through multiple issues and disputes with my insurance company. Spencer helped me understand how major roof claims work when dealing with an insurance company and had many helpful suggestions when the initial claim was underestimated by my adjuster. He made multiple trips to my property to meet with me and also with multiple adjusters to ensure the claim was suitable for the damage. Once the insurance claim was settled, the roof was scheduled for replacement quickly and was the work was completed within one day. Spencer sent pictures of the completed work following his quality inspection, and was prompt and communicative throughout the process. I would recommend Turnkey Restoration to anyone!

He assisted us in working with our insurance comp, he made a complicated process seem simple. Here are a few adjectives: on time, delivered on his commitments, went above and beyond taking photos to show work and other damages on roof surface concerning chimney, highly professional, easy to reach, actually answered a phone call and returned messages in timely fashion. Crew finished job in 2 days, no delays, cleaned the property of all nails, extra materials, left property in great shape. Highly recommend Turnkey Restoration for your project.

I could not have been happier with Turnkey Restoration. They were professional, courteous, always early to appointments, responded to phone calls and texts quickly, and answered every single question I had. We had a sagging soffit, and I was worried about the cost of repairing it. They were transparent ahead of time regarding the factors that would influence the cost of fixing it. When the carpenter and contractor came out to repair it, they were able to do a very low-cost, sensible fix. This company is honest, straight-forward, and values good communication. I didnt find one nail in our yard afterward and our roof looks awesome!

Spencer and the crew at Turnkey Restoration took a terrible situation and made it better. We had pretty much the worst Insurance Adjuster, who wanted to cut corners, and made numerous mistakes. Spencer and team worked with the Insurance Company to get the claims approved and paid.
