After much research and acquiring alternative estimates, I chose Liberty Comfort Systems to replace my defective furnace in January 2013. I also took the opportunity to replace my aging AC unit as well. Jim & Karen Bonniwell (the owners) took the time to present us with several options and helped us configure a "Comfort System" that met our heating and cooling needs and that fit our budget. In addition, they were so easy to do business with and I felt like I was treated like an old friend rather than just another sale. The installers were clean and professional. I am very pleased with the job that they did and felt like they treated the install as if it were going into their own home. It got a little hot this weekend, so we started up the AC at our new house; never tested, since we purchased our house during the winter. Long story short, old AC was toast. Wed heard good things about Lennox, so we decided to place a call to the nearest Lennox dealer, expecting to leave a message as this was on Sunday. Lo and behold, Karen answered the phone. Here it is, Thursday, and Im relaxing in my home with a brand-spanking-new furnace and AC that does everything but make coffee in the morning. Karen spoke to me on Sunday, Jim was out on Monday; Jason and Randy installed the system today. Everyone has been wonderful to work with; we were even given the off- season discount! Cant beat that.

They dont honor their promises and when their technicians make mistakes that cause damages, they initially promise to take responsibility, but then dont and play games about it so you get caught with extra damages and incomplete shotty work because they dont want to pay for the job to be done right. I dont recommend them for maintenance or long term business relationship anymore, sorry to say, because I thought they were trustworthy but after almost 3 years of being a good customer, they dont honor their promises!!! Currently, Im waiting to see if they will have damages repaired as promised, and if they do, I will update my posting, but it has been 2+months.

Had a few other quotes, Liberty was able to promptly and professionally give me a quote and an open schedule for repair/replace of my old system. Their estimate personnel was very knowledgeable and Libertys prices are the absolute best by far. Scheduler was very nice and polite, she was helpful in answering all questions I had pre repair visit. Repairman was also nice and did a really good job, he communicated well throughout the visit with updates and was very mindful to keep my house looking clean when he walked through. Everything is running excellent. Really pleased with their job.

I spoke with Tom over the phone and he was more than willing to address my needs and walk me through to a solution. When I went into the store to pick up a part I was met by the same generosity and willingness to help that Tom had displayed. This level of service and respect is what ALL companies should strive for. Regardless of price, the service a company can provide can be invaluable. We recently had a new furnace, a/c and air purification system installed. We received several bids and felt most comfortable with the professionalism of the owner and his ability to listen and understand our needs and budget. The entire office and installation crew were very polite and helpful throughout the process. I was also very impressed with the detailed information on their website and great reviews from former customers.

Jim was excellent, he came for a visit and we discussed options. He did not pressure me. I called him back a couple days later and they had the unit installed within a week. The service team was not as friendly as Jim was, but they were professional and got the job done quickly. They even sent a technician out later that week to ensure the unit was charged and functioning properly. Overall great experience.

I visited Liberty Comfort Systems showroom and was very impressed! They do things right! Their showroom is first class, which matches their attention to detail and customer focus. Jim & Karen (the owners) provided an excellent presentation and I will definitely call Liberty Comfort Systems when I need a new furnace, air conditioner, or want to improve the air quality in my home.

Fast, honest & trustworthy, this is the first company that listened to my needs vs. trying to sell me things that I didnt need. They exceeded my expectations by at least 108percent! Go ahead and get quotes from trade, Rheem, carrier etc... but if you want a good honest cares about "YOU" hvac service talk to liberty! The product is great and service is better!

Liberty installed a brand new furnace and air conditioner in my home and it works great. I really like it. I used them over the last few years to fix my failing furnace and each time they were punctual and competent. They answer the phone when I call and set up appointments fast. I recommend them. I would highly recommend Liberty Comfort Systems! We had them install a Lennox Carbon Clean 16 air cleaner and perform a furnace tune up. They are very friendly and their quality of work is outstanding. I will definitely work with these guys the next time I need any service.
