The guy was very friendly when I dropped my cat off for vacation. However, when I got back it was a different story. My cat is the friendliest cat you will meet. She has only hissed at one person in her life and it was because this person hurt her. She hissed at the same guy I dropped her off with. He grabbed her by the scruff of her neck and tried to put her in her carrier, but then he dropped her (basically almost throwing her) and she crawled under the condo. I couldnt get her in the carrier after that. When I got her home she was starving! And she shook the whole way home. My cat also was supposed to get stitches out while I was gone. I asked him if a vet would be in to check on the animals and he said yes, and that when the vet came she would take them out. When I picked her up the stitches were still in, so when I asked the guy about them he said he never told me that and that they dont provide that service. This has been a horrible experience and I wish I knew what happened to my cat, because she is terrified. I will not be using this service again.

This is the first time that we used this boarding facility and were very happy with our experience. We have two huskys that do not like to be separated so the fact that they could share a kennel (which has both outdoor and indoor areas) was awesome. Also we downloaded the free app and were able to watch our dogs playing all day. I even called after the first day to see how they were doing and the woman texted me a picture of our dogs! Amazing service and will definitely be returning.

Cedar Run is great!! My golden retriever is shy and nervous around other dogs at first and Cedar Run did a great job making sure she was always in a comfortable environment. They really tried to get to know her and put her in situations where she would have fun with the other dogs. They also are so great about making me feel more comfortable as well and when I call to check in on her, they are always so willing and friendly about giving me a report. Highly recommend!

We love Cedar Run! We originally sent our dog here for daycare and boarding when we lived in Cedar Rapids. After moving to North Liberty we still bring him here for boarding! The staff is great, knows our dog by name and is extremely accommodating at short notice. Dan always knows who we are when calling and we feel comfortable leaving him there because hes so excited to go!

At our 1st visit they took our Cavapoo and let him get comfortable to the place and let him play with another smaller breed behind the counter before he went in the back...they seem to be very caring and friendly their with all the pets there. They did a really nice job grooming our pet. We are getting ready to make his next appointment in the next few days.

Cedar Run has the best staff and they take great care of our 2 Chocolate Labs! Our girls always love going to camp. They also do a great job trimming their nails. I dont know how they get it done because there is no way one of our dogs will let us near her to trim her nails. Thanks for the great care Cedar Run! -Susie

Have tried a few other kennels in Cedar Rapids and this one is by far the best. Exceptional customer service and I trust them with my two small dogs. You can tell the employees enjoy working there and truly care about each and every dog. Highly recommended!
