You could not PAY me to send my child here! We did a walkthrough when looking for childcare centers. While in the 2 year old room, I noticed that the outside area has an unlocked gate, and it was sitting open. I then noticed that the door from the classroom into that outdoor area had a key in the lock - on the outside. A KEY SITTING IN THE LOCK! Any neighborhood pedophile could just saunter right in and take whichever kid he pleases. Why are they using cheap fences that can be opened from outside? They need good fencing that is locked from the outside and can be opened from the inside in case of emergency - like those that almost every other childcare provider uses. They are cutting corners at the expense of your kids safety. Beware! Do a little research - Marion has some excellent childcare programs - this is not one.

We sent our daughter there for preschool. She always came home with a new song or activity they had done for the day. The activities were very hands on, and fun for the kids. She still asks about her teachers there. They encourage parents to drop by anytime to observe the class, and they make a point to take the kids outside for play time anytime the weather permits.

DHS should close this center. When I looked up their license, it says it is a provisional license. Which means they have broken rules and DHS are keeping a close eye on them. Their license is only good for one year. Active licenses are good for 2 years..

We chose Our Little Haven because the center offers excellent age appropriate care. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the kids have an awesome time. My daughter has come home singing songs every day.
