GSC is an AMAZING place for child care. The connection they build with your child and the relationships their staff develop with your family simply have no comparison. We had two different "stints" at GSC with our oldest and youngest daughters, separated by about four years. We moved out of state in 2010 and then back to Iowa City in 2014. When we returned and inquired about care for our youngest, it was as if we had never left! Several of the staff were still there and remembered us by our first names. They asked about our oldest daughter, recalled her quirks and everything! They welcomed us back into the GSC community as if we were family. I cant recommend GSC highly enough!

This day care center is a wonderful place to choose for your child. The curriculum is well developed and shared with parents. The teachers and staff are attentive and patient with children. The grounds of GSC are in close proximity to UIHC and the University of Iowa College of Law. The Oakcrest bus stop is within walking distance of the day care center. I highly recommend any parent interested in day care for their children to schedule an appointment and take a tour of the facility.

We have had a wonderful experience with Good Shepherd Center. The teachers and staff are knowledgeable, loving, and energetic. The center communicates with parents on a daily basis regarding progress and growth of your child. This is a safe, loving, and educational center for children. Our daughter learned so much under the care and guidance of GSC teachers! Very close to UIHC and easy to access. I have recommended this center to new parents over and over again!
