My daughter was supposed to be picked up by the care givers at this center from school. I filled out the paperwork for this 2 days ago in front of them and gave it back to them authorizing this. When I got off work today and went to pick her up, the male staff member said she was not there. When I demanded to know why as she was supposed to be picked up and wasnt he couldnt answer me. The list shows her name crossed off as she was picked up but she wasnt. The man didnt take it very seriously until I called 911 as my child was no where to be found near her school. A parents worst nightmare was my reality today. School got out at 310pm I get off work at 5 pm and I get to the day care @ 530, my daughter was alone for over 2 hours and 20 mins. This place never went into the school to check to get her and never called me on my work number to ask why she wasnt there. Luckily another after school program coordinator found her and brought her to the police. This place couldnt offer me anything but an apology which was pathetic to say the least and blamed this on a staff member that no longer worked there as of yesterday!!!!!! Unacceptable, my advice leave this daycare. I will be filing a complaint with the Wisconsin board who gives them there license and findin g a lawyer to press child neglect against them as well!!!!!!

First thing I will say is that I love the care my children get here. The teachers at this place really care about the kids and they are great. My kids love it. But I have had nothing but problems with office staff. They are never there when I drop off or pick up my child, I have to send multiple e-mails to get a response, paperwork gets lost all the time, there are frequent errors with billing, and I always have to remind staff at least 3 times about any changes I need to make.

Very disapointed with what we saw. the center had a dirty feel to it. this is an older building but there didnt seem to be good upkeep. there was only 1 toilet and sink on each floor, and there was a very long line when we walked through :( the smell of potty was overwhelming. The staff may be good, but they looked overrun by kids and very unorganised. we decided not to send our child because we questioned if their very basic needs would be met.

This place is so irresponsible... My niece was suppose to be picked up from school today and this joke of a company "day care" crossed her off as they picked her up when they never did. They didnt even seem to care. Police got involved and the owner acted like he didnt even care. Jess Norton and Jennie bunchholtz didnt even answer their phones when we tried to contact them. I would pull my kids ASAP from this place. Thank god for lawyers!

Just heard about a close family member being lost at this daycare today. What a joke. I cant believe how irresponsible they are. I will never let my kids come here. Im only giving them one star because I dont have the option to give. The only thing Ill give them one of is a finger....one on each hand that is.

I would recommend this center, child care is a tough buisness and these people know what they are doing. The staff and management were always willing to listen to our concerns and genuinely cared for our little boy.

Red Balloon is the GREATEST place to take your children. The teachers are amazing and the building is just like a school house!
