Ridiculous trip to marion Walmart. Went in for oil change waited 15 minutes to even get waited on then was told 1.5 hrs at 455 pm. 605pm car still not in getting serviced, then told they were out of oil filters do had to pay more for a different one. Got to be 640 car still not done 645 car comes out, I pay for that and windshield wipers, mind you a lady purchased wipers literally 1 min before me and they went out and put them on. I buy them no offer to put them on less then 2 min later. As I walk out the door the cashier very rudely says your welcome. I will not be returning that was the worst experience Ive had with an oil change in my life especially since Ive always gone there much less the 100 I had just spent in the store.

Went in this morning with a damaged rear tire. At most, I figured Id have to buy two tires. Imagine my shock when they refused to do either. They said they would not service the car until I purchased *four*. The wear was deemed "too significant" and it was "store policy". When I stressed I could not afford to replace all four, he held firm. I was forced to go back on the road with a damaged car!!! Fortunately, Goodyear didnt have a problem. "Why would we send you back out on the street with an obvious hazard?!" they said.

The had me waiting for 2 hours for my oil change and then didnt even change the oil! Have some minor front end damage so they didnt want to touch it. Ok, BUT IT TOOK TWO HOURS TO TELL ME! Worse service Ive ever had. Id give less than 1 star if I could.
