***** 5 STARS!! Professional Muffler was recommended to me by a friend. I had two mini vans I have been neglecting to have fixed because for the past 3 years, every time I take a vehicle in for repair it costs me an arm and a leg. Good Year used to be a great place. But now they want $40.00 just to look at your vehicle and tell you whats wrong! I took my first mini van to Professional Muffler, knowing I was leaking brake fluid like crazy from both the front and the rear. It was only $296. ! I couldnt believe it. So I took my other mini van that had a belt getting ready to snap. I had been quoted more than $400 by another mechanic. Professional Muffler had it done quick for a little over $90.00! This place is honest, friendly and reasonable. Two thumbs up and a 5 STAR review from me!

I thought my Cadillac convertor was going out on my car. I called them to schedule an appointment, they informed me that if my car had less than 80,000 miles it would be covered by the manufactures’ warranty and should bring it to the dealer. This was very helpful information that they didnt have to share! I went to Dave Wright Subaru to have them look at the issue. They said the heat shield had come loose and for $50 they would remove it. They said it was not needed. I asked them to touch nothing. The visit took 35 minutes to do nothing. I went to Professional Muffler that same day. They looked at it. Spot welded the shield back in place and didnt charge me anything! I was in and out in about 8 minutes. Friendly, fast, and know their craft.

I trust Professional Muffler implicitly. Ive taken my vehicles here for 20 years after getting a recommendation from a friend. They go above and beyond to treat you fairly. Many years ago I had a muffler replaced at a competitor. Since I had a lifetime warranty on it, I went back when the exhaust started leaking a couple years later. They told me I needed a new axle pipe in addition to the muffler. Since I had just replaced that pipe within a year, I was skeptical and went to Professional Muffler for a 2nd opinion. They told me the pipe was fine and even offered to replace the other guys muffler for me for free. This is just one example of how Randy and his staff bend over backwards for you. Theyve earned my business for life.

again these guys are great. i took my car in for an oil change to firestone, they checked for other issues. their quote/labor was insane for what they found. $1600 for struts/tire rods/etc. labor alone was half that almost. took that same quote into professional muffler inc and Ben there cut it down to $876 with labor and said the tire rods were pretty good actually. very honest and informative on how all the pieces work. go to these guys first for body work (struts/brakes/shocks/mufflers/etc). they are great.

I havent gone for anything major, but I first went to them for a second opinion on a brake replacement. They were actually honest, whereas the other places I had gone to werent. (This city is full of dishonest shops) As a bonus, they didnt charge to inspect the brakes. I had a slow leak in my tire one day. They don t do tire service, but they were happy to air me up so I could make it to the Goodyear down the street. (Again, no charge) I plan to go there whenever I have problems that they service.

I had a relatively simple issue, and most other places in town wanted to install a brand new part. That would be fine, only my car is just a $1500 beater, so I obviously dont want to be putting into it too much. They fixed the issue very quickly, and the price was way better than I even hoped to get it for. They were very courteous during the whole process, I definitively would say that they are a business worth keeping in my list of recommendable places.

Brought my car in because it had become very loud. I thought that the entire muffler shaft needed to be replaced as thats what Goodyear had quoted saying that would cost $480 for that and couple other things. $64 later at Professional Muffler and 30 minutes to repair I was out the door with a simple repair. So glad I was recommended to this place!

I went into them to check my exhaust. It was quite loud once I dug my car out of its spot after the blizzard had hit. He took it in, knocked some ice out from around the exhaust pipes, and everything was good to go. He didnt even charge me, but I had to leave him something. Will defintely use these guys for anything they offer!

Had an appointment at 1:00. Get there and no one in the reception area. Waited 10 mins for someone to show up. They told me on the phone it would be an hour, maybe a little more. An hour and a half later never even got the call for my estimate. Ended up having to go pick it up without repair. I would never recommend them to anyone.

My dad has always taken his cars to this place and they have always been great to him. Now I bring my good ol Tercel here and they did a great job on it for a great price. They even went above and beyond and helped me out with a fix that i was doing myself. Great guys.

These guys are great. I have gotten some quotes from TiresPlus on brakes/shocks/struts before and I always take it to these guys after the quote because it is almost always 1/2 the price of TiresPlus. They are also very friendly and quick service.

I had a hole in my exhaust and it sounded like a tractor. I made an appointment, Kevin got me in at 8 am the next day, gave me an estimate, and had me on my way before 9 am. Purrs like a kitten! Very reasonably priced and great work!
