They lied to me about an available unit. I have been looking around and turned down other places. However, when i called to see when i should sign for the "available" unit, they said, "nope, none available...but we have these upgraded units". Of course they are more expensive. I am moving in 2 days and now i dont have a unit for all my stuff. Im sure your place is wonderful, but when you lie to your potential customers, they will not support your small business. I hope you learn from your mistakes

Ive used several different storage units over the years. They all have their ups and downs. Good and bad. But honestly, Country Club Mini Storage has been the best storage unit company Ive ever worked with. They were honest and upfront about pricing and insurance. They didnt increase their prices like majority of storage places. Also, really glad to have them locally owned company in Waukee. Nice! Friendly :) Im very happy with them. Very happy.

Off the beaten path but pricing is the best Ive found. Ive been renting space here on&off for the past few years and these folks are great! Locally owned, easy to deal with, and they offer climate controlled units which was essential for storing my apartment furniture(couches, bed, etc.) They are a five star service all the way!!!
