I have really appreciated the service provided by Mary, the facility manager. Very, very helpful. A couple downsides, the unit we selected had water leaking into it so we had to move to a more expensive unit. Also, we were required to buy Value Coverage Plan (insurance) although my homeowners policy covers my property while in storage. The fee would be refunded only after I provided a copy of my policy dec page. Outside of that, the facility is clean and secure, and reasonably priced.

Sarah was extremely helpful and made getting things set up very easy. We have been pleased with the cleanliness of the units and grounds are very well maintained. I was a Storage Mart patron for 8 years with the last 5 at the Grimes, IA location. The facilities are excellent and the staff you interact with are friendly and do their best to take good care of you. Their auto bill makes paying for your unit very easy. The grounds are always well maintained and easy to get in/out of. I would highly recommend them!

Storage Mart was a good place to rent a unit. I had a unit that was climate controlled and secure. I had easy access and the customer service was excellent. This is the second time I rented a unit from Storage Mart and will absolutely rent from them again in the future.

Terrible customer service and mis-communication directly from the manager who never even looked at my storage units that I had with them before they "assumed" stuff. No adjustment on monthly rent due to gate not working either.
