Horrible experience. My storage was broken into here and they were rude about it. Acted as though they didnt care. Lied about sending the security footage to the cops. And by he way the security footage is only at the front gate, so the place is not secure with surveillance, no matter what the website says. Couldnt pay me to rent a storage here again. I have used Strozier mini storage and Rogers Ave Storage in the past and I would recommend them any day. Both places have actual security surveillance. Both places have honest and caring people unlike Total Self Storage.
