The staff member in this facility was hostile, abrupt, and downright rude. I reserved a locker online and received a quote and confirmation #. The next morning I was called by the property manager, she confirmed my reservation and set a time for us to meet. When we came into the location, we were asked what we wanted. We told her we had a reservation, and were there to get the keys. She took our name and began listing what we were required to purchase for the unit from her. The price she gave us was much higher than the quote online. When we tried to tell her that the must be a mistake, she told us the "call center is full of it". We hadnt spoken to any call center. After refusing to answer our questions about the price discrepancy, she pointed at a list of insurance plans and repeatedly asked, " which one?" At this point, my family decided to call the call center and ask what the deal was. They told us that she should have asked for a confirmation number, and the company directed us to another facility in town. The second facility was absolutely professional and courteous. I would recommend choosing a different location than this one for storage needs. Good company, bad employee at this location.

My name is Katherine Jones I was at your storage about 2 weeks ago and my experience there was awesome. Tameica was very helpful and her friendly attitude was really like a breath of fresh air. I was there several months ago and was helped by Tameica then also. I found the whole experience very pleasant. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She helped me with getting things out of the unit and told me about the auctions that happen every month. I work with providing a home environment for people who dont have one and I am always in need of household items. The information she shared with me was great. I had lost her Public Storage card she gave me and on my second visit she was there. I could not wait to come in and see if she was there. To my surprise she was there and I told her what had happened and that I would make sure I would give her a review. She was still very helpful and gave good customer service. I was there with a client who was in an abusive situation and I was helping her move from the person who was abusive. Once again Tameica was able to make the experience enjoyable. Thanks great customer service. She is truly an asset to your company.

If I could mark this lower than the one star I would. Started my storage almost a year ago and let me tell you the customer service was very helpful and they worked with me when things got tough for me. However I go to pick up my stuff out of the storage today and first thing I noticed a few things where damaged. Mentioned to Tameca that someone had been in my unit and she said they where not allowed in the unit. However I get home and start going thru things and noticed that I had about 400 to 500 DVDs that where missing. And my roommate had expensive clothing missing and a few misc things missing. Also had water damage in the unit that had ruined about half of my and my roommates clothes and shoes and other misc things. So just a fair warning be cautious where you put your stuff. Because unfortunately we cant do anything because no one is going to know what happened to our things. Just please be cautious

I had my things in storage since 2012. I did not want my things damaged, but needed them stored in a place until I purchased a home. Continuously raised the prices on storage yearly, management has a bad attitude and and communication is very poor. Website needs improvement because the system they used charged me a months rent twice without me clicking the button to charge my account. After I moved my things out of storage they continued trying to charge me for another months storage fees. Late fees and other fees are ridicously high and are misguided. I had fees charged to me that should not have been and they were not willing to refund. Think before you store your things in Public Storage.

Tameica was awsome she treated me as if we had met before she made my first move to a plublic storage great. She explained everything before starting process so that i had understanding of how public storage works before any pay. I was very satisfied with her customer service was outstanding!!! I was very happy with storage location & space she recommended as well and she made me at ease my things are safe!! I needed a storage unit ASAP after a bad mix up with an apt complex. These lovely ladies at this location helped me out, big time! Roenia explained everything and showed me all the things Id need there. She was very informative and crazy funny! She made me laugh in a situation that I wasnt happy about. Really puts a smile on your face when you get great customer service from someone who likes their job! Thanks a bunch, Roenia! Also, a shout out to a great property manager Tameica! I accompanied my nephew to the 3440 Main, Public Storage location yesterday and I was treated to a customer service excellence by Tameica, who made me feel as though I was renting storage as well as my nephew. Her approach was very knowledgeable, energetic, thorough, and enthusiastic. Also, I noticed that any customer who entered while we were there received the same v.i.p. treatment in a timely fashion. Mark was also friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone.....#Warren Farnsworth

My experience with public storage was amazing , Tamecia was very polite and helpful. Ive never used a public storage and she made the experience easy and hassle free , I highly recommend that if you want a high quality service and good customer service then you should definitely go there . Tamecia knew her facts about the store and answered every question that I had for her. Definetly a great place to rent a storage

We had a very pleasant experience working with LeCira and the entire public storage staff. The process was painless and stress free. They were kind LeCira did a wonderful job showing us the unit before we rented and explaining the rental process and rates. This was our first time renting a storage place but we feel confident if we need to again we will return to the Main location. Thanks Public Storage and LeCira!!

Ms. Tameica and LeCira were great. They kept a smile on their faces and accurately answered every question asked. Even helped with packaging an item I had to ship out. One of the young ladies was off today but still helped out willing. I will not hesitate to return to this location for my packaging and storage needs.

The facility is not what is getting 5 stars... The service from Tameika is what gets the 5 stars. She has a passion for what she does and she does it well. It is very apparent that she truly cares about her customers. You dont see that passion for customer sercice very often, but when you do, it must be recognized.
