Ive been leasing a unit here for over a year. For the last week of the month I was trying to enter my unit after hours as I work and my gate code would not work, I called the desk twice and they said everything was fine no issues with my account. I finally had a day off to call yesterday which was the first and I was told management would call back, this morning their response was sorry we cant help you and there are no records of you calling in with a problem so you need to pay rent to get your belongings. In highly upset with these actions, all I want is my last few belongings and vacate the unit...

STEER CLEAR AT ALL COST!! I got an eviction notice for my classic car car because the tire went flat and the cover tore. Of course my damn cover tore were in Galveston for Gods sake between the wind and intense sun car Covers dont stand a chance AND on top of that after 3 years of it being they decided that my non-op registration isnt good enough!!!! Ive paid these people faithfully for 3 years NEVER missing a payment and this is how I get treated! DO NOT TRUST/USE THIS PLACE EVER!!!

Because I dont own a car and ride in on my bike, Im told I am limited to office hours to exit the facility since this facility does not have an inside keypad or one way door to exit while the office is closed. I do not recommend this place if you do not own a car.

Very friendly. The staff was amazing both on the phone and in person. David was very punctual at getting us in the Uhaul we needed and extremely friendly. Loved the atmosphere and customer service I received.
