Happy Days Are Here Again. The family has taken back the business and booted out the mismanagement group, so they get their stars back. For value, security, quality, and service, they no longer rate five stars. Allen and Rich turned it over to a Management Group and everything has deteriorated badly. Unfortunately there is something about the location that makes it very difficult to keep the unit interiors clean. It is very close to Lake Houston, borders on a busy railroad track, and some kind of retention pond(s). For household goods the climate controlled units really are the better choice.
