I parked my boat in one of the outside parking spaces for several months before moving it to a slip in Galveston. This was a few years ago. No issues and great customer service from the employees. When we recently put our home up for sale, we used Egret Bay Storage again for regular storage spaces. The same couple is there, Ray and Nicky, and they took great care of us again.

Went here yesterday to help my friend pick up a U-Haul for a move. The staff were easily the nicest people Ive met at a U-Haul pick-up location. The office was clean and well-organized, and the flexible Saturday hours were very much appreciated.

Donna and Sonia are super helpful! The storage units are clean, the parking spots are tidy. I have had both. You can pay online, call in, or walk in. I feel very secure knowing my stuff is here. Cameras all around property.
