If you are looking for a storage unit facility with a professional environment a management team that knows you by name, maintains everyones confidentiality, and runs a 5 star operation, this is the place to chose. I had intended to stay a short duration but I have been so pleased with the unit and the cleanliness and safety of my belongings I have stayed a long time. THis facility has all sizes and climate controlled or non climate controlled units. I have never had any problems parking or approaching the staff. When Katie and Drew say they are there during business hours they are really working hard for the best of ALL tenents. Not only did they not have flood damage during Ike, the facility is clean, secure and 5 stars in my opinion. If you are looking and undecided, try Stewart and 89th street, you will be happy you made the call.

Katie and Drew have excellent customer service and make you feel welcome at their storage facility. I used them once before to store some items short term, and when I had to store my belongings again when moving out I didnt even bother looking for any where else, but contacted them again to rent a unit. The facility is clean and well maintained, has plenty of units to select from, and a FREE moving truck to use for moving your items if you rent a unit from them. They also will give you a $10 rebate if you write a review here on Google Places. I wouldnt hesitate to rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to store their belongings.

I have used Stewart & 89th Self Stroage several times and I have chosen to use them again! The staff are very kind and very helpful! I think they actually have someone on the property at all times, day and night. I had my belongings in storage here during the 2008 Hurricane (Ike) and ALL of my stuff made it without incident! They have security cameras and a gated entrance, so I always feel my things are safe. I aways rent a climate controlled unit, but they have others that are not climate controled, as well (all units of varying sizes and costs). I highly recommend this storage facility over any other on the island!

My family and I have been using Stewart & 89th Self Storage for almost 8 years now. When my parents moved their things here I saw how friendly, safe, and how clean and well kept the property was that I chose to have my property stored here as well. When Hurricane Ike hit Galveston and flooded parts of the island, all of our things were safe because the location is so high water never reached the units! I know my things are safe so I wont have to worry about taking them in case there is another hurricane. The staff is amazing; they are very friendly and make you feel so welcome! ~Melissa

BEST STORAGE FACILITY ON THE ISLAND!!!!! This is the second time in 8 years that I have had too store my belongings. After doing loads of research, I decided to store at Stewart & 89th once again. Not only are they friendly with excellent customer service, they are the CHEAPEST and cleanest too!! They will go the extra mile to make sure your move is has pleasant has possible. BONUS***** they are the only storage on the island that offers a FREE moving truck. I love these guys and would recommend anyone who is looking to store there belongings to store at STEWART & 89TH...

Ive used Stewart & 89th Self Storage for awhile now, my family has used them and anyone i have known in Galveston has also. Number one storage unit in Galveston. Katie and Drew are loyal and make you feel so welcomed. They know there guests that store with them by heart. So helpful with the moving process as in using carts to move your belongings, and free moving truck. The place is very clean and never had any problems with them at all. Very Lenient if you dont pay right on the 1 st of the month. Would recommend before choosing any other storage unit on the island.

I really like the way this place is so secure. They have a security gate and a tall fence all around the place, not to mention all the cameras and the managers live on site! Who are two of the nicest people I have ever met. Very helpful and will do whatever they can to make sure your a happy customer. I own a local business and use their place as a warehouse. The only way Ill be leaving there is if I buy my own place someday but for the price and the security I doubt that will ever happen.

Wont go any where else. Will probably keep one of the smallest units, even once I get my new place off the island. The People behind the desk are very polite, helpful, and understanding. They were very helpful in my situation. It is very secure with numerous cameras, a gate with individual codes not just one code for everyone. The price is perfect it has climate control units, if desired. Its all over an amazing business, plan and simple.

About 10 years ago I needed storage in a hurry. Stewart & 89th Storage was so accommodating, they even said if they could not get me the space I needed, they would recommend another place on the island. There was no need, as I got into a great unit. The staff has always been friendly and accessible over the years. I feel safe onsite and am grateful they are serving Galveston Island.

Friendly staff that will go out of their way to assist you, great spacious storage areas, very clean, one of the nicest storage places that I have seen and used and I have used a lot of storage facilities as prior to my retirement my job took me to many different states for years at a time. Dont look anywhere else! If you need a place to store your belongings, whatever they may be, this is the place. The staff is incredible, helpful, and just plain kind. The units vary in sizes and are clean and well-maintained, and the prices are right. Youll feel comfortable leaving your things, knowing that theyll be safe. Highly recommended.

Excellent service! Ive been using this place for storage since 2009 and I havent had any complaints. The staff is incredible, helpful and very kind. I feel secure when I go by myself and comfortable having my things there. The units are well maintained, clean and the price is just right. I would recommend this place to my friends.

We could not have asked for a better experince going to rent our units!! Katie was especially gracious while dealing with her setting everything up over the phone. The units are as described as well as clean and look to be well maintained. I will most definitely recommend them to anyone who ever may ask!!!!

Crystal Moreno Self Storage on 89th has excellent custumer service. They helped me pick the right storage room for my belongings. I also love the fact that the storage room have climate control, that way I know despite the weather, my belongings will always be secure and fresh.

Affordable, clean, and easy! I have used Stewart and 89th Storage for years. They are very accessible, the staff is always friendly, and the units are clean/climate controlled. My "stuff" even survived Hurricane Ike, without a single item being damaged. I highly recommend!
