Im really impressed with Storage West! AJ, the property manager, is a consummate professional. Todays business world is, sadly, so impersonal. Customers are often only seen as dollar signs. AJ is the absolute contrast to being impersonal. He actually remembered my name & my unit # on my second visit to Storage West! The staff at Storage West clearly takes pride in their job. The facility is immaculate. The property is well-secured. I would most definitely recommend Storage West to anyone whos looking for a safe, clean & friendly place to store their stuff.
