Great customer service. Manager was very professional,and helped me through everything. Answered all my questions,and made sure i knew all the rules and terms of renting. He was very nice and personable. Made me feel like my business was important. Called a week later to make sure i was not having any problems,and then called me the beginning of the month to make sure i knew when my payment was due. One thing that was not ideal,was the property looked like it needed alot of upkeep. The hallway has alot of chipped paint on the floors and the doors in the hallway are cosmetically damaged. The grass looked like it needed to be cut. Most of this had nothing to due with the room i rented. It worked fine for my stuff. I had to walk all the way to my building and back with the manager,when he showed me the size and where it was. He mentioned the golf cart had a flat tire,but the next month i seen him walking with other patrons on the property still. When texas temperatures are over 100 degrees from June to September, they should have that taken care of. Bring your walking shoes when you go to rent and a bottle of water.. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs storage. I suggest you look online first,as they have the best deals. I saved $12 per month by booking my room online.

The manager was very nice, took me in after not going to my first appointment or arriving on time on my 2nd ap, joking about things, made me feel welcome, he told me tat it took about 30minutes to do all the process, well it took about 10-15minutes... Am just not to happy with the size of my storage, to small (10x10) *[< I had never rented a storage before]>* I was told all my furniture fit in their but it kind of did,I dont like stacking stuff on top of other stuff, my mistake was that I didnt see it before renting it I recommend to anyone if u never rented a storage no matter how in a hurry you are LOOK AT WHAT YOUR RENTING! Next time Ill be more careful, WHAT I loves was the special 19 admi fee +tax, $1 covers first month, 9$ for insurance (mandatory & covers u from everything *), thing is that the lock was some what expensive their. I just hope I dnt miss anything, but I have insurance... =) ...... One more thing u can only go in your storage from 6am-9pm which sucks it would be nice if it was from 6am-midnight

I had a slight no fault issue when I first moved in that took several months to fix. (the website rental rate per month,was slightly less than the rental rate per month my reservation had) The website caused an error,and i had to have it addressed at a store level. The office personal named BRIAN was great. Every time i called to speak with him,he was very professional and compassionate to my situation. The issue was fixed finally,and I never had a complaint before or after. The facility itself could use some modernization or at the very least some upkeep. The building where I rent has i would guess sixty or so doors to other lockers. 80% of them dented,dinged,and damaged. It does not make it less safe,which is the most important thing. It is overall clean,just old and in need of repairs

The review posted about the public storage facility in Pasadena on Shaver street sounds appropriate. I used to work for this company and found that the area supervisors are lazy and officially unprofessional. To hire people that look unprofessional sounds normal, because my area supervisor hired an old employee that was fired for stealing, and she started it again shortly after starting back to work. Not to mention this her family members that also worked there were also just as crooked. Beware of what you store it just might disappear.

Muy buen servicio lugar es excelente y. .pues también. Las personas te llaman cuando ya pasó la fecha límite de tu pago se los recomiendo. ...especialmente el servicio k te dan..las personas k atienden la localidad..Gracias ha caitlin adn Dolores..:-)

I visited the Shaver Public Strorage on Tuesday and didnt rent due to the service received then visited the Red Bluff location the next day and was treated GREAT was shown 4 units a would of looked at more if I wished to and then when I asked for a day to decide and look at what all I would be storing James never missed a note eagerly welcomed my suggestion and thanked me for my patronage then told me he be glad to help me when and if I returned Thanks James for fantastic customer service

MOST AWFUL STORAGE YOU CAN EVER RENT!!!!!!!!!! The storage units are poorly made with gapped up metal and WAAAY over priced!!!!!! And and it also comes with free thieves to break in and steal everything! The 1$ first month rent turns out to be 60 somthing after buying the stupid little lock and fake insurance.... And the little round woman named bianca is always having a evil eye on everyone and she is VERY rude!! There is nothing at this storage that is worth the price....HORRIBLE

Wish I could give 0 stars and 2 thumbs down!!!! This place is a huge disappointment! Purchased an indoor unit today and was given an access code to the building door THAT DIDNT WORK!Not to mention I had paid movers and a rental truck out to help. Called customer service and was told nothing could be done until tomorrow which is a bigger inconvenience because Im moving out of town tomorrow!!!! I dont recommend this company! AT ALL!!! They could careless about their customers!

The service was really good the gentlemen that helped me did a great from start to finish even helped me with my boxes Id purchased and carried them out to the car for me were he thanked me for my business and told me his name James I really felt like I was part of the family it was just a good comfortable experience I will recommend anyone looking to store their belonging visit this public storage and ask for James

We came in and spoke with Jenny. We needed a short term rental, as we were moving from our apartment but not closing on our house for a couple of days, she took charge of the situation, and got us squared away quickly! Horrible staff! Unfriendly! The girl that "helped me out" Laura, is HORRIBLE! She almost hit my car while trying to pull out of the gated portion of the lot (she was trying to beat me to the gate) and she doesnt look very professional with her dirty greasy hair and tattoos on her arms. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE!!
