I WENT TO MY UNIT TODAY AND THERE WAS A DIFFERENT LOCK ON THE DOOR. SOMEONE HAD GONE INTO UNIT AND STOLEN ANYTHING OF VALUE. WHEN I ASKED THE MANAGER, SHE TOLD ME NOBODY HAS TOUCHED THE UNIT SINCE DECEMBER 3, 2015. THIS TELLS ME EITHER THEIR CAMERA AND ALARM EQUIPMENT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY TO CATCH A THIEF, OR SOMEONE HAD THE ABILITY TO SOME HOW NOT BE DETECTED. DONT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO YOUR BELONGINGS STOLEN WITH ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!

Especially Tina...ahe is very friendly, respectful, welcoming, & helpful, as well as efficient. Paperwork processing goes by quickly and the location is perfect for secure, quick & easy access to my stuff. Best storage in Humble!

Tina was very professional, and the storage unit was very clean and well lit up. The storage has a dolly in the hall way for customer needs and this was very helpful for me since i forgot to take mine at the time I was placing boxes in the storage unit. I definitely recommend this facility for your moving needs.
