Although the building was extremely hot due to the A/C being out, the experience was nice. The clerk Ms. Ingrid was so personable and inviting. She even helped me choose the right size unit for me. She couldve easily given me the bigger unit and charged me extra, but she didnt. She even told me about a special they were having so I didnt have to pay the full 1st months fee...which really came in handy due to my situation. I would refer this place to anyone...this bigger companies are rip-offs and are only in it for the money! Keep up the good work!!

Incurred water damage inside of unit during Hurricane Harvey and was told by their parent company insurance company RepWest that flooding is not covered by the insurance for the unit. I was dismissed and asked to file a claim with FEMA. No empathy at all, just another way for Uhaul and their subsidiaries to keep your money in their pockets.

Move It Self Storage- Riviera East has definitely helped me out. I would definitely say that this location is ideal for me, especially when I live between two cities. The management there made me feel that my belongings are secure no matter where Im at.
