I booked with them online and was called back as soon as they opened that morning. :-) I went in and got the size of storage I needed with ease. She even drove me on golf cart in the rain to preview my space. I was also given a sticker to place on my lock. This way if the sticker is missing they will notify me to make sure there has been no tampering with my unit. I went back to put some things in my storage yesterday. Once at lunch and once at 7pm. Both times someone stepped out of the office area to see what and who I was. Makes me feel extra secure knowing people are looking out. The ONLY downfall is the ease of getting out of my space area. I am on the very back end and I have to back my Suburban all the way and turn around in a tight corner as there is no pull through area where my unit is located.

Had a unit here. It stinks floors are nasty my init was not clean when i 1st got it. The climate controlled side is half disgusting carpet and half asbestos tile, walls in my unit were written on and damaged, the door didnt actually lock could be rolled up with it latched and my lock on it,( i did have stuff missing from my unit, but i figured with the way this place is kept that it would do absolutely no good to tell them especially with the way the manager is) , rats, roaches are not uncommon. The gate to get in always got stuck. And on top of it all the store manager has a horrible attitude and is very unprofessional. Would not recommend unless you want your stuff vandalized, stinking, and rat droppings on it.

All my belongings were stolen. No one called, and the police were not notified. It wasnt until I showed up to retrieve some things that I noticed a different lock had been placed on my unit. When I asked the front desk they said "We thought you had moved". 2 days later we find some of the things on the property dumpster. The manager said that none of the cameras were working and none of the keypads were working the day my belonging were "stolen". I had to file a police report on my own because no one thought to call when they "found my unit broken into." Do not do business here.

This was a great experience. The units are clean, the climate control kept all my items safe, and the staff really worked with me to get everything I needed. Even when I was getting ready to close out the unit, they tried to save me from making any extra unnecessary trips. If I ever need another unit in the future, I will absolutely go there first and would recommend it to anyone else. The prices are decent and not overly expensive. If you get a large unit, you get good quality at a good rate. Very competitive. They usually have good specials going on to help save on cost.

I have been a customer here for about three years. Through three managers and three storage units, each a little bigger than the other (unit, not manager!). Through all this, the managers have been great. They keep the grounds and units clean and critter-free. As this facility is surrounded by field, that is important to me. They have worked with me when my times have been hard and I appreciate that. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone who asks. Thanks for the greatest service a customer could expect.

We have rented a storage unit for over 20 years at this location. On the 15th of November we returned the unit. We were charged for the full month, no refund for the remaining 15 days. No intent to retain us a clients was made. The reason for leaving is the constant rate increases over the past years without seeing any improvement to the facility. In the many years we have never seen a thank you note, only those indicating the next rate increase.

Loved the place, I go to clute texas pretty often about 3 times a month. one time i needed to leave some stuff i could no bring with me. i looked around for storage. and the offered me the best price i could not refuse, i was sure it would be a really "cheap" place for the price. but when i arrived, i was shocked. really great service. clean facilities, and excellent security. i was in comfort to leave the equipment behind. with peace of mind.

The place has nice facilities, large dollies for use of carrying stuff to or from your vehicle, and the air conditioned storage spaces are well kept. They also tolerate payments as late as 5 days without any additional fees, which is great in case you forget to pay right away. Great people, great service, great policies, and affordable. I think my 10 by 5 unit was about 60 bucks a month.

By far the best storage facility Ive ever used! Extra Space Storage has excellent security, which was definitely a big plus for me. They have a very nice climate control section, and the prices are pretty reasonable. The staff is so friendly and helpful! They were very nice when I called and went in to lease a unit. I love this facility and definitely recommend it to everyone!

I used this location out of necessity. The unit had an oil spill in it which wasnt cleaned up. It still had catbox litter down on the ground. After it was swept up I had to use one of my own personal tarps to protect my things. Then I tried to lock the unit and the locking mechanism had been broken on both sides preventing a locked door. Still waiting on this to be fixed.

By far one of the best storage facilities in the county. I love that I can feel are knowing my belongings are secure with their top notch security system! Also I have to rave about the amazing staff! I felt like the ladies were genuinely interested in helping me with my needs! Definitely a satisfied customer and will recommend to friends and family!

I have rented with this facility previously and I was going to return but when I visited the property again I would NOT. Theyre under new management from the last time I rented and its horrible! And not to mention the property does not appear to be maintained very well. I will not be returning and I would not reccomend to anyone!

Extra Space Storage in Clute, TX is a great, professionally run place to store anything you value. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The site is secure and clean. I feel safe going there at all times of day or night. The prices are extremely reasonable. I have rented since last fall and will continue to do so in the future.

I get good services. Mrs. Stacy does a good job. This is my second time renting here an Mrs. Stacy is polite sweet and kind to her customers. I also like the fact that I had forgot to lock my storage right an she came along an put a lock on it for me so none could still my belongings. Thanks Mrs. Stacy

Stacy, the manager, helped me to get my unit. She explained everything very well & ensured me my belongings would be in a safe place! She even walked me over & personally showed me how to get in & out of the place. (This is my first time having to get a storage unit.) Stacy was a very sweet lady!
