Every rose has thorns. Best for boats and campers, but not for household storage. There are no gutters, so even in a light rain, its like touring Niagara Falls. You cannot get in / out, much less move things in / out. Also, all the common areas are gravel / dirt. Hard to keep units / contents clean. Gets pretty sloppy when it rains.

My RV was broke into at this place and I lost 6K in contents. Ed the owner said for me to read my contract, he is not responsible. He was unable to produce any video of the property to the police or insurance company. This was the second time at this place. BEWARE.
