My car was towed there after my accident on a Saturday. I went the following monday to retrieve my personal property. and was told that if its bolted to the car regardless of what it was i could not remove it till the adjuster came out. then car gets moved to IAA tuesday afternoon so wednesday i go to get the amp and its gone. I return ti Steal and Jack towing and ask to see video and they blow me off and wait several days to contact me, and by then the owner says the video loops every 3 days. filed police report and also with the TDLR and nothing. it pisses me off. Humble PD hasnt done anything and nor has the TDRL. and when I told her i was taking my speaker box she asked is it bolted and I said it had screws keeping it from sliding around. the lady at the front told me i couldnt take it. I did take that as it wasnts bolted. but against my own wishes i left my amop thinking it would be ok. but nope. the stole it. getting some stickers made that say S&J Towing SUCKS for my new car.

we were yelled at the moment we called to obtain our car, they started offering solutions that they later charged for,the amount of yelling that was involved was to the point of verbal assault the level of professionalism was none they argued instead of assisting they should not have any accreditation with the BBB cause they do not represent quality service at any level. when asked to speak to the owner or anyone in charge they with- held information and lie about who is in charge form the time i spoke on the phone to the time i set foot in the facility it was told a different person was in charge. I was hung up on when i asked them not to yell at me and demanded customer service. this business is HORRIBLE!!!!

They stole items out of nephews car. Besides the chain mail key chain that ended up "missing" from his keys, his new ecig/mod that was itemized on police report also came up "missing"., went in personally to get my stolen items back, spoke with a gentleman by the name of Lesley and office manager IREAN, neither was too concerned T. VANGORDON was his driver. They dont seem to have there paperwork in order due to outdated information they have listed with state. Now I get to spend the day filing Texas Department of Licensing and regulation. These bandits are just another set of vultures. Use caution with personal items in vehicle that have any value cause they mite go missing.

Upon entering the crusty doorway I was immediately "greeted" by the front desk lady? whose attidude challenged even the likes of Squidward from Spongebob. She proceeded to make the entire process more difficult than ever, but found time to stop and share a laugh in the obnoxiously loud radio conversation which consisted of two men yelling, "suck my $#@%" to one another. ...I would rather spend every day of my life waiting in line at the most horrific DPS office than spend one minute in this cess pool. Gotta love tow truck companies.

S&J is happy to threaten the lives of your kids by speeding through your neighborhood on Saturday morning at twice the posted speed limit. Rushing to the nominal fare is not worth damage to your trucks and a legal suit if you hurt someone. As a business owner myself I wouldnt tolerate it but I would also discuss these matters on the phone and not hang up on them like a punk child. I hope you fail in all your endeavors.

my truck was stolen a few days after i lost everything from hurricane harvey and ended up at this storage lot the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful but the business owner would not even meet me in the middle or help what so ever and is requiring me to pay 600.00 to get my stolen truck back which was stripped of what i had left from the hurricane. no compassion

Very kind and responsive people. Its not any doing of theirs if you got towed, so treat them with respect and you will get the same back. Met us immediately after being towed and helped us in explaining the charges behind the tow in a well documented manner.

Lets see...they charged OVER $2,000.00 for a TOW. Literally over 2k for a tow. They are criminals. They are being reported and hopefully prosecuted. They did this DURING Harvey just to somehow make it worse.
