When I first picked a storage I read the reviews and know that going anywhere there would be mixed reviews. I picked this storage because of the convenience of the location and it was the cheapest price at the time. When I first went in customer service was ok. I rented there for 6 months and downsized my storage while there once. In doing so when speaking with Nedra she wasnt so friendly her demeanor was very unprofessional, but I looked past it. This time around recently I was trying to downsize my unit again and went in the manager (not sure what her name is) but she stays on property her along with Nedra had an attitude out of this world something I really was not expecting. The entire conversation was like a dont care attitude. At that point I knew I wanted to be done with them. I will not pay for services where the customer service is poor. To think that I referred someone here before! If you want unprofessionalism and people who act like they dont like their jobs then this is the place to rent! With that being said they get literally 0 stars from me!

Our experience here was horrible! First, they put a different lock on our building after the first month saying that we hadnt paid when they had already charged our credit card. They were actually about to get rid of our things, and since we were building a house and living in an apartment, it would have meant a huge loss to us. When the house was built and we moved our items out, they charged our credit card another 50. When my husband went to ask why, the manager said that we had left a mattress which was impossible. She said that they had video proof, so my husband asked to see the proof. Then she said, that we had actually left the mattress propped up by the door, and that she had put it in the building. Again, my husband asked to see the video tape, and again, she declined. Then she said she would ask the manager if they could return the 50. My husband called back today, and she said she didnt have time for him and hung up on him. Basically, they stole fifty dollars from us. Dont rent here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hands down 5 star service! Nedra and Terra are absolutely THE MOST COURTEOUS, PLEASANT AND HELPFUL customer service representatives I have ever encountered! They helped make what was a very stressful move a joy to work with. I look forward to seeing their smiling faces as we relocate into one of the office suites there. I have actually called their corporate headquarters to let them know that Nedras management skills are unsurpassed and the facility could not be in better hands!!!

The service at this facility is exceptional. Nedra and Terra are willing to take that extra step to make sure the tenants are happy. Both are very knowledgeable about property management and positive enforcement as it relates to the rules and regulations to keep the property looking GREAT !!! I run a small business our of a storage locker at Stor-A-Way. This place is great. The staff is friendly, air conditioning blows cold, and the price is right. During the week iss quiet. If youre navigating there via in-car navigation or on an apple device, check the google map because your nav will send you in the wrong direction.

Nanalyn- No complaints! Been using facility for almost 2 years. Always maintained and kept clean. Very friendly property managers. Easy access and flexible hours. The facility seems to be secure at all times. I would recommend this facility.

Im very pleased with the location, space of the unit and the ease of access. I checked with others and they did not match up with Stor-A-Way. I would definately recommend Stor-A-Way to my friends.~ Constance
