I was able to rent the unit online. When I went to take possession of the unit at their location in West Des Moines, Iowa the manager took me to look at the unit to make sure it was what I needed before we finalized the agreement. They also sold the different packing & storage accessories like boxes, tape blankets & locks at reasonable prices. So I didnt have to go shopping for supplies. Monthly billing has been easy too. All electronic, quick & precise. Great experience so far. 3 months & still going.

Wonderful service from the young lady from San Diego - she knew every detail and procedure necessary for my company (headquartered out of state) to rent a unit at their location. Very clean units, competitively priced and helpful staff. Easy access from anywhere in West Des Moines. The manager was very pleasant and helped me by offering a credit to my account when I closed out - wasnt necessary at all, but was greatly appreciated. i would definitely recommend this location to others.

I was with Budget Storage for years and always had good service. I was not sure of the take over, but so far so good. I feel that the prices are much higher and the services arent all that different. The staff are very friendly and the facility is always clea!n. I cant ask for much more than that

I have had a storage unit at StorageMart for a bout a year now. The ability to access the unit at any time is something that not all storage companies allow. The ease of access and the cleanliness of the facility led us to StorageMart and we are very happy with the unit and the facility.

StorageMart is convenient, as well as secure. Ive been storing items there for about a year now, and havent had any issues. They may not answer the phone when you call, but if they dont, they get back to you quickly. They are very helpful - and I would recommend using StorageMart!

i have had a unit here for 3 years. I am extremely satisfied. The office staff are friendly and helpful.Security is top notch and the grounds are well kept both summer and winter. 24 hour access is very helpful as I cannot always get there during business hours.
