I knew from the minute Sharon answered the phone this time renting a storage was going to be different! I called to check rates and didnt have definite plans to rent, just checking my options, but the customer service given over the phone was so fantastic that I had to drive over and see for myself this wasnt too good to be true! Sharon offered to hold the last space she had for me until I got there, even knowing I hadnt made my mind yet. When I got to the facility, Sharon and Gerald continued with the wowing! I was given a full tour of the place (and I have to say, Ive never seen a storage place so clean! I didnt have to worry about my kiddos or dog coming out to help me get this moving done!). They even offered to help me get a truck lined up! I arrived at the facility to meet 2 strangers and I left feeling as though we had been friends for years. Thank you Public Storage for having 2 of the best employees I have ever dealt with on a customer service level. And a personal thank you to Sharon and Gerald for making my move to Louisiana an easy one! You have made a customer for life and I will send everyone I know to you!!

I have had a storage unit with your store located on Barksdale Blvd. for a long while know as well as in the past years, as far back as I can remember. I almost feel as though I am a part of your business. Your management staff there are very professional, knowledgeable; your units as well as your grounds are well kept by your staff and their smile and outgoing personalities are extremely AWESOME. I have yet over the many years to see Sharon or Gerald with a attitude. I question if the two of them ever have a bad day. lol. From the moment I made my online reservation until I moved in, the staff at Public Storage on Barksdale Boulevard in Bossier City was top notch. I was treated with the utmost professionalism, and with a very courteous concern for my time. The paperwork was handled in a timely manner, my unit was very, VERY clean when I moved in (something Ive not experienced before) and I feel secure in knowing that my belongings will be safe and secure while they are in storage. Finally, the pricing is well defined, easy to understand and most of all, very affordable. Ill be recommending Public Storage to anyone who asks, and probably to anyone else I come into contact with.

Ms. Lashonda was very kind and sweet when she helped me get my online reservation in the store. Helped me save a few bucks and take care of it all in a few minutes. Update- 2-13-17 I have had this unit for over a year and everyone has been very nice and helpful the only thing i would recommend is that you get a inside unit due to a Black Widow problem... It did make me a bit worried but i got over it kinda quick"note-i had a unit that had open spots on the floor leading outside so it was going to happen no matter what." All and all this was well worth the time and money i spent on it. Thanks for all the great service.

LaShonda made my experience absolutely amazing! We encountered several setbacks that werent anyones fault, and she worked with us and third party movers to make the best of our transition and solve ALL of our problems in order to get our stuff moved/stored safely and efficiently. Came to park my camper and my spot was taken. Staff was friendly about it but would not attempt to call the person in my spot to get them to move. Cancelled my spot and moved down to south bossier storage. Much better parking and I feel my camper is safer since they have cameras. Also south bossier storage has 24 hr access.
