I contacted them to inquire about space to rent for RV parking. The older man I spoke to (Terry) was short and difficult in offering information. He stated that they didnt have any space available and so he wouldt share pricing. He later hung up on me for asking! I guess they dont need any customers so they just treat everyone poorly when they call. I will never be a customer in the future after the way he spoke to me. RUDE! If you have other suggestions, please offer them up to those looking here.

Way too many roaches and they kicked my friend out saying they were 2 months behind and they were not behind and they didnt give her time to get her stuff out and they did her wrong by doing that and she paid her month rent and they just locked her out and said that they will auction her stuff off

I love this storage facility. First the prices for this standard of storage unit is one of the lowest in Des Moines. I rented a unit for over 3 years and was always greeted by a friendly employee who was eager to help. I recommend this buisness to anyone needing a clean secure storage unit.
