We are a military family. We had to do an expedited move which resulted in us needing to store our stuff for a while before TMO could move it. The very friendly manager promised an introductory rate of $16 for the first month and $103.50 for each month after it. We paid $115 (what the website showed we owed) at the beginning of the second month. TMO was able to move our stuff a few days later. The movers showed up and they were able to prop the door open to come in and go out. The owner turned off the air conditioning on a very hot day for several hours because the movers were there. When we inquired about a refund for the remaining 25 days of the second month, the same manager was very cocky and said "Thats how we make money; people dont read the fine print." He pointed to the line in the contract which specified $115 per month and 10 days notice beforehand if we expected a refund. Rather than making a scene, my wife tersely replied "Thank you" and left. I am very disappointed by how my wife, who was new to the military life and was very stressed due to having to handle all of the move details herself without my help (due to military necessity, I was not available), was treated. I feel that it was extremely slimy to promise one set of terms verbally and write different terms into the contract. This storage business is located close to Barksdale AFB and caters mostly to military members.

When first walked in, Tammy was very friendly and kind. She was able to help me choose the best size unit for my needs and took me back to show it to me. Was able to get a truck to use to move all our stuff in. I just felt like the moment I walked in the doors that we had been doing business there for ages. She made sure that everything was to our benefit. Would have to recommend this business HIGHLY if you need climate controlled unit!!!
