Avoid !!! Avoid !!! Avoid !!! Have always paid my bill on time. Did not get, see, or receive email bill. Went to spam??? I was charged $45.00 late fee. Manager looked up my past history I have always paid on time. Manager said he wishes he could do something since I did not get, see, last months bill but StorageMart will not let him write off late fee. Told Manager it is not your fault but I have sent people to StorageMart to rent storage space before.. Told Manager that I will never send another person StorageMarts way ever again !!! Avoid !!! Avoid !!! Avoid !!! This is all StorageMarts ...So I will never recommend StorageMart again to anybody !!!!

Storage Unit itself was great. Customer Service not so much. I rented a storage unit the 3rd week of June and upon signing paperwork advised the person that we would only we renting for a couple weeks while we got our house sold. She at that point could have told me that you pay for a whole month no matter how long you rent it. We moved our stuff out the 1st full week in July and had to pay for the full month ($70 + dollars). I have never had a Storage facility do this. Guess I will be going back to the little mom and pop storage facilities where they care about there customers instead of ripping them off. Very disappointing.

I HIGHLY recommend Storage Mart, especially this particular location. The staff member Kortni who helped me was super friendly and very helpful. My unit was clean and spacious enough for all my storage needs and priced fair compared to other storage companies in the area. Kortni was extra helpful in helping me find the perfect sized storage unit for my needs. I felt safe at the facility even after hours. Great Storage Mart location!! I will definitely rent from them again in the future!

Very deceptive billing statements. Current statements will be stamped as "late" making you think you need to pay additional amounts. If you pay the additional amount it will not be actively credited to your account. When you question where the credit is, you will be told that it is shown in the computer but is not carrying over and that its a known issue and not to worry. Come back 2 weeks later and you will find a lock on your unit.

Loved this location and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Ashley in particular was very helpful and she followed up within one day of me cleaning out my storage unit to make sure everything was ok. They obviously watch the facility closely and check up quickly if anything appears out of the ordinary. Highly recommend this location!

We needed to move to a larger storage unit. The people working for StorageMart especially Courtney were more than helpful in taking care of this situation for us. She kept in contact with us throughout the move to see if there was anything else they could do to help. I would highly recommend StorageMart to help with your storage needs.

July 30th, 2014 - Very clean facility with friendly management. Aug 4th, 2014 - Never explained late fees. Closed on the 3rd, paid on the 4th. Late fee was 25% on top of my monthly fee.
