Willie D- My family recently suffered a kitchen fire that has completely destroyed one end of our home. I am so thankful for the people at Storage Depot Orange. They seemed genuinely concerned to help us find the right storage unit to hold our belongings while our home is undergoing renovations. The office staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in placing us in the perfect unit for our needs. Storage Depot Orange is convienent and their prices are VERY competitive with other self storage facilities in our area, I was very impressed with the owner and staff and the personal attention we received in this very difficult time. I have been renting a storage there for over 6 months. At first the original staff were awesome. I really liked everything about this place. Since then, the staff has changed hours have changed price went up 50.00 for me with no notice. What I cannot stand is the terrible roach problem in the back building. I am not sure if the new management have neglected to regulary spray for bugs or what moved in there but there is no excuse for this terrible unsanitary condition. Last straw I am moving out .

Climate controlled units are hot as hell. Prices went up. Smells to high heaven of dirty laundry and body odor in the entire back unit. Refuses to refund unused days of month that has been paid for in full.

Ive Used Them Since 2007 Up Till This Coming Week At Least 5 Times Ive Never Had Any Bad Experiences With Them I Definitely Suggest Them For Rentals :)
