It was excellent facilities, I had one of the climate controlled units. Very clean well maintained common areas. Manager was helpful and polite in my interactions. I felt the price was a little expensive but probably comparable to most companies. The biggest caution was there late invoice practices. I was out of town for a couple of weeks for work and had missed a payment. Mind you you are billed for the month in advance, usually you are billed after services are rendered. On the 10th of the month being billed for(not the following month) a lock was put on locking me out of my unit(didnt matter I was out of town) but a hefty late payment fee was required for it to be removed.So synapse excellent facilities if you arent worried about price just dont ever be late in paying.

An amazing experience once we got started. Talking to the people at the 1-800 number was a waste of time. They told me what i wanted wasnt available at the location i wanted. But when i stopped in to the location i wanted they were able to get me what i needed. Kim took a lot of time with me. She was very helpful. Everything was clean. I like the gated environment but i dont like the hours. Because they know who is coming and going and because there are security cameras everywhere whats the big deal? I feel good value here. Highly recommend.

Great storage option. Clean, safe, great facilities. Service is top-of-the-line and management tries to help you get what you need but at the lowest price possible. Having said that, Im glad I dont need to store my stuff for long because you pay for what you get, and the monthly fee is quite high. They are probably better than everyone else with similar facilities, so if you can afford it, then choose them. I personally cannot store with them long term because of finances. Great facility and customer service nonetheless.

Was locked inside the gate as they do not have 24 hour access. No signs posted with gate hours or to note you will be locked in if not out by a certain time. Of course there was no customer service to talk to as it just went to voicemail. I had to leave my car there and get a ride home. They called the next day and said the hours are in the contract and the gate locks down at that time. Just about every other storage business in the area has 24/7 access if you are looking for a unit. Dont get trapped in this one.

Your staff at both the Irvinedale and Delaware were delightful to deal with. They explained everything very clearly, so it was easy to make a positive decicision. Also, your facilities are very clean. I would recommend your company to anyone who needs storage space.
