I picked this location primarily because of all the great reviews. Boy, Carol and her facility did not disappoint! She is a powerhouse! I am quite lucky that this facility is located near where I will be moving. From the moment I met her, Carol was extremely professional, friendly, informative and thorough. It is as if she can anticipate your questions and she answers them before you even have a chance to ask them - or before you even knew you had a question. The facility itself is spotless. As this is my first storage rental, I was a little skeptical. I thought it would be a creepy experience of just long, dark narrow halls. It is like having your own personal garage. In fact, each time I have gone to move items into my unit, I have encountered very nice and friendly neighbors around me. Overall, a great and positive experience :)

I was really amazed at the friendly quick and professional service I received at Public Storage through Wes on my initial contact, tour, consultation, contract signing/review, and move-in instructions. Wes was very helpful up to and including my final move into my storage rental space. He was fantastic and put my mind at ease regarding a smooth move in to my storage space; ease of access and the facilities security. Additionally, he has been a great help since my move in if I stop by during office business hours. Our families experience with the Plymouth Public Storage surpassed our expectations when needing storage during a move from our family home of 24 years. Carol, the manager made us feel welcomed immediately and was very personable. As a matter of fact all the staff are of similar personalities. It is highly evident that customer service is a priority at this facility. The facility is kept clean including the loading bays, even in the winter. I was appreciative of the climate control as was my furniture. I would highly recommend this facility to those in the western suburbs. Easy access, convenient hours, pleasant staff and reasonable rates.

I found this storage by speaking with another Public Storage person who was kind enough to tell me about this unit that is perfect for my needs. It is indoors and climate controlled. I drive the car into the building and then since my unit is on the second floor its an easy load onto the elevator next to the car. The storage is super clean; there are dollies/carts to use to move with. I will really appreciate this climate control in the winter! All the personnel are really helpful as well as being super nice.

I have been very pleased with this Public Storage facility in Plymouth, MN့ and the helpfulness of the staff. Wes, in particular, has been very helpful whenever weve had a question, concern, or problem that needed to be solved. The facility is very clean, and top notch. We get frustrated with the corporate offices relentless price increases, which are well above inflation (almost 10% this year) and no improvement in facility, but the local staff do the best they can to help out where price savings can be found.

I have used Public Storage in several locations. All have been great, but Carol at the Plymouth, MN location is outstanding. She is very patient in listening to what you need to meet your needs, and will help you find the unit that will be the perfect fit. The location is in a really nice safe location and is super clean and secure. There are carts available for moving your things to your storage area if needed. I would highly recommend this location. The hiring of our storage space was made completely trouble free first by Wes, who redirected us from the Minnetonka location (which didnt have what we needed available) to the much more advanced Plymouth location, which has large spaces, all climate controlled, then by Carol on the front desk at Plymouth. She made sure we understood everything and had what we needed, taking us round to make sure we knew how the lock worked, the access procedure and all the rest of the details. Definitely recommended.

This Public Storage location is phenomenal!! I needed short term storage until I could move into my house. I chose Public Storage due to its cleanliness and location. The size of storage unit I thought would work did not work because I had too much stuff. Carol (the manager) was super helpful and professional when it came to fixing my mistake. I got a larger storage unit and am very happy how the situation turned out. I would definitely recommend this Public Storage location!!

Our experience at Public Storage was fantastic. Wes listened to our needs and found the perfect unit for us. It was secure, easy for us to access as needed and spotlessly clean. The whole rental process went very smoothly and quickly, as did the check out process when we were finished. With the $1 move-in special, the price just could not be beat. It was a great experience and Id gladly rent there again.
