Debbie is the best property manager this location has had yet. she goes above and beyond to assure your storage needs are met. I always look forward to going to pay for my storage unit because I know Debbie will most likely be there. And I know my business will be handled efficently and professionally. Now if the scum bag owners of public storage would actually put some of our quarterly rent increases into improvements on this property to make it a safer well lite property like the commercials promise we would all be happier. I suspect the owners have no clue about the horrible condition a majority of there properties are in. Rather then fix or upgrade anything they just keep playing the chain of command game aka pass the responsibility around and pretend to get something accomlished just enough to get the customer to terminate there rental agreement. I am sure they will some how say this is Debbies fault although with being a tenant for many years they will always blame the property manager when in fact almost everything maintence and security wise is totally out of the property managers control.

This public storage was wonderful. I had my RV in storage there for over a year. Upgraded to a large indoor storage for my RV with no problem and at what I think was a reasonable rate. Debbie the property manager was so great to work with and fun to talk to. Almost hated to leave but I found a house where I can now keep my RV parked at home. If anyone is searching for a good spot I recommend them. I have a very nice RV and it was safe there and I appreciated that.

Sarah showed me the 4x8 storage unit to see if it was big enough for Jims stuff, went to office, $1 the first month and an one time administration fee she, explained contract, asked if we needed a lock or any other extras such as boxes, dish or mattress protectors etc.. Wonderful customer service, clean storage space, great location, and many options of sizes.

How is this possible i come in there and these girls are always so excited do they ever have a bad day?? Amber and Nisha are excellent and provide outstanding customer service very fast and professional and definetly know what they are doing. They are a great asset to your team and making buying and renting units an easy experience.

Sarah is the best!!! I made the reservation online and I was called 10 mins to confirm my reservation and set a time to come in. My ex husband and I were able to get in the same day, view the storage and Sarah helped us save money by getting us the appropriate storage! I really appreciate the kindness and genuineness she exudes!

Sarah was and is still being helpful to me in term of making sure that I understand everything about public storage at this location. The first day she showed me the storage area, we took a nice ride in her golf cart. It was my first time on a golf cart and it was fun.

I reserved a unit online and spoke with someone at the location. When I showed up the reserved rate wasnt available, but a higher priced unit (same size) was available. I do not recommend anyone give their business to Public Storage. Find someone you can trust.
