The Plymouth location - I used for over 2 years the staff and facility is above and beyond what you would think a storage "place" would be. Clean, safe, great weather control, friendly and helpful. I would give this a 10 star rating and when ever I need storage or know of anyone that does I promote the Lock Up. My daughter and husband used them and recommended them to me and boy were they RIGHT. You couldnt ask for a better staff then Peder even tho they are all good. Feel free to write me if you have questions but once you rent there you wont want to rent anywhere else!

Peder Ronning (the property manager) of the Lock Up in Plymouth, MN was very responsive to our needs during our recent move to MN. This even included a move within the facility when were able to downsize our unit to a smaller one. The facility itself is very secure and clean with inside access to your unit. Two large overhead doors provide the ability to unload or load while inside out of the weather and there is an ample supply of moving carts to utilize while there. I highly recommend the Lock Up in Plymouth. David Frank

The Staff are extrememely professional. Peder & Greg are amazing at customer service and the facility speaks for itself as far as security, cleanliness and peace of mind. When there was an issue with the elevator, Peder made an effort to assist any and all customers with their belongings, going above and beyond to carry items himself and ensure that despite the inconvenience every customer had a good experience. Peder & Greg-What more can be said!! -PLYMOUTH, MN They are VERY customer focused, genuine and very helpful!! The Facility is like NO other! It is clean, efficient, and has the great "DRIVE IN"! Gotta love it in the Minnesota weather!! Even when entering the building at night you feel very comfortable, safe, and its well lit! I give the Facility an A+++++++++++++++++++!!!! Excellent overall. I price shopped online and on the phone and they were very competitive. When I saw and toured their facility, I was very impressed. Clean, organized. The free truck usage on move in was huge! Saved me a ton of money. The heated drive in parking for loading and unloading was wonderful - especially this winter!. Very nice and friendly staff. I will use them again in a few years when I retire and downsize.

I have recommended the Plymouth LockUp to family and clients and all have been thrilled. I love that its a CLEAN place to keep the items I need to store. Its in a location near the highway where I can quickly zip in and zip out. While there, its easy to get to my unit comfortably and move my "stuff" around. Best yet is that Peder and Greg are SO nice, friendly and helpful. They make me smile even through my work.

I was surprised by the cleanliness, easy access, security, and the free moving truck. The new manager, Krista, was very pleasant to work with. She was busy with other customers at the time and she managed to coordinate a good flow of customer service in a timely manner. The use of the free truck on short notice was a bonus because it was raining and my pickup would not have worked.

Plymouth Lock Up Self Storage is Amazing!! We have been very happy with our experience. The building is always very clean, not an easy task sometimes with the Minnesota winters. Your facility is amazing. What a handy drop off and pickup location outside of the elements of MN weather. I love the extra moving carts we can use and the music playing 24/7. The place is always clean and having restrooms is a plus. Everything is very secure and lit up well inside and out. Our business couldnt find a safer, cleaner place to rent space!

Since a change in ownership Ive been working with Eric. Im out of state and he has been more than helpful getting me into one larger storage unit. It was so nice to actually meet him. So upbeat and courteous. Facility is well maintained and very convenient location. Look no further for your storage needs, you cant go wrong here!

This place is AMAZING!!! It is always clean! The staff is helpful and always super friendly. I could not see myself storing any where else ever again. I will tell everyone I know to go here. The hours of access are great and I know my things are safe due to the amazing system they have. Thank you Lock Up for being so great!

The Lock Up was fantastic! I loved that they have a truck you can use and a garage you can drive into to load and unload. The units are clean and easy to get to. Peder is a great manager--very professional and welcoming. Id recommend the Lock Up to anyone needing a safe and clean place to store their belonging.

Special shout out to Eric D.!!!! Eric was able to accommodate my specific needs. Honestly if it wasnt for Eric I would have taken my business elsewhere. Every single month my rate has increased by $10.00. Started at $127.00, and now paying $160.00. Only once was I even given notice of the increase (when it went to $140.00). Would have used a different company had I known. I have only had my stuff there for 6 months. I am not impressed.

This place is great, super clean and completely indoors. I moved stuff in the cold, all you do is drive into a large heated garage, unload and walk down heated hallways and your done. By far the best storage facility I have been at.
