As others have stated, nice, clean and well lit. Carts were always nearby and in great condition. Friendly folks behind the counter too. Notes: I pulled a car in the big interior dock to unload during a thunderstorm only to watch it flood. It was good to be in out of the rain but I had to back the car up so I wouldnt be in ankle deep water. If you get a second unit, be SURE the autopay is set up. Parking by the docks isnt really available if youre not the first one there. The other alternative is to block the big dock or park in front of boats/cars. Id still use this place again though.

Newer, first-rate facility thats climate controlled, always clean with great service. We used them for a couple of years then moved to Missouri and was shocked at the lower quality of storage facilities available here. It also has loading docks and pallet forks and other carts. The best of the six or so storage facilities Ive used.

The team at Metro Self Storage in Orono is GREAT to work with. We had a "creative" storage project, and they worked with us to make it work when no one else that we called would -- cant say enough good things about them. A+++ !!!

Great location and easy access. Very reasonable in costs. I moved to the east cost and had to get a storage unit same size and it was triple the cost.
