Avoid at all costs. Terrible experience from beginning to end. Made appointment for move-in. The employee scheduled was running late so someone else from a nearby Public Storage came to fill in. She didnt really know what was going on and was struggling trying to get stuff figured out. Meanwhile, the late employee showed up and was upset with me for being on time. She then sat behind the fill-in and proceeded to fall asleep on the desk! The storage unit was fine (albeit expensive) for the 6 months we were there. Move-out time rolls around and my wife called to turn off auto-pay. The gentleman said that was done and that if we moved out by November 6th, we would just pay the pro-rated amount for those 6 days ($11.73) and not the full month. We moved out on the 5th. We noticed our card had been charged the full amount. We called the store, they said they could do nothing about it and that we should call the district manager, "Dan." We called and left 4 messages over the course of a week with no response. We called the fifth time and he finally answered. Dan told us that we would not be getting our money back because we didnt turn off auto pay and they dont ever reimburse auto pay payments. After a lot of back and forth, Dan finally agreed to refund the money, but only if we would drive to the location (a good distance away since weve now moved) and pay another $25 to get them to refund the money. No one was kind. No one was courteous. Every single person involved with this location acted like we were putting them out and were a major hassle. If you are looking for storage in the area- look up ACE mini storage in Plymouth. We bought a few boxes from them for our move and they were over and above nice. They were accommodating, they have better prices, and the employees arent sleeping. The owner there said a good portion of their business is from people who use Public Storage and then get burned. Overall- avoid, avoid, avoid. Well see if they actually refund our money, but either way, the hassle they caused from incompetence is extremely frustrating. And their assumption that we, the customer, are either lying or stupid underlies every conversation.

I went to the New Hope location as it was most convenient. It was my first time leasing storage. The attendants only interest was getting my money asap. I agreed to a stall and not until payment, I mean immediately prior to swiping my card was I told there would be a one-time processing fee, cost of their required lock bc the stall I would be renting had not been converted for the new lock, and mandatory insurance. My issue was that she did not communicate any of the additional charges prior to payment even when I asked about the costs associated with the storage. When I communicated my concern and recommended they should be forthcoming about the additional charges she was dismissive altogether and told me she had to read from a script. I requested for a manager primarily bc of her attitude who she contacted on the phone recommending they communicate the charges on the front end and he was more dismissive than his employee and accused me of lecturing him and told me that I did not ask about the charges! WILL NEVER RETURN-very poor customer service and business practices!

Terrible service. Mary Rose was rude and impatient. I made an appointment to come and see the unit before signing the paperwork, and the whole time I felt rushed. I have never rented a storage locker before so I came with questions. Mary Rose would answer too quickly, making it very difficult to keep up with her answers. When I asked her to repeat some of the information, she would answer in a clipped tone. In the middle of one of my questions, the phone rang, and without a second glance at me and without apology, Mary Rose picked up the call to speak to another customer. She made me wait for a few minutes to answer the other customers questions. I reserved the 5x8 unit, but she kept trying to trying to upgrade the size even though I declined several times. This company requires you buy their cylinder lock as padlocks cannot be used on the doors. The only reason my review isnt one star is because the facility itself looked clean and well kept.

I rented a larger garage a week ago, and so far my rental experience has been very good. The young lady who helped me do my initial paperwork, as well as the property manager had excellent customer service skills, and were very pleasant to work with. The prices are better than average, the facility is clean, and gates and doors are in good working order, and easy to use. Having rented storage from several providers over the last 20 years, based on my initial experience here I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.

I had never rented a storage unit before and Michelle was super friendly, easy going, and able to answer all the weird questions I had. She also helped me figure out what exactly I needed based on what I was putting in the unit and told me about all of the moving/packing stuff they had in case I hadnt thought about it yet. So, Im very grateful to her for making this quick and easy in the midst of a really stressful time. :)

Crystal showed us excellent customer service. She was quick and knowledgeable, yet gave us all of the facts and information to make sure we would be satisfied with the space we were selecting. Details like the contract, keys, insurance, and access hours were very clear; she would double check with us to make sure we had no questions or concerns. We were certainly pleased with her service.

Easy to move in and easy to move out! First of all, Great customer service even when last minute I decided to up grade my unit size. Second, They were wonderful when I paid for 2 months at a time. Lastly, they were patient with me on moving out day, when I lost my key to the unit! I would use them again for long-term storage! They best part was the soothing music in the office.

Crystal has EXCELLENT customer service skills. She gave us fabulous assistance and attention-- and on the day before a holiday! She asked about the unit wed rented and what we would be putting in so that she could make sure we werent paying too much or trying to work with too little space. In the end, we were in a different unit, but it was exactly right. Thank you so much!

Crystal was very friendly. I went online one hour prior to closing because I needed to get my things in storage asap and she was able to squeeze me in when she had other customers and I didnt have to wait when I got there. Very nice,clean, and well secured facility. I would most definitely recommend to anyone. The service is exceptional.

Be warned, only high reviews because they do them for you while you are signing up for your unit. Honestly the worst service I have ever experienced on the very small amount of interactions needed with public storage customer service. I do not recommend this location, try to avoid if possible.
