Michelle is the BEST!!! I live out of state and had to get a storage unit for some stuff I still had in MN. I had to rent the unit over the phone and by going to another Public Storage location here in OK to sign documents. Michelle went above and beyond to help me through the process!! I have only had the storage unit for about a month, and in that time I have spoken to Michelle a handful of times regarding some of my extended family coming to pick up my things. She has taken her time with me and all of my questions. She has been so very helpful in giving me the information I needed for my family to have access to my unit. Ive had a storage unit at this location for over a year, and its been the best experience with a storage facility Ive ever had. The location is extremely convenient, the prices are fair, and the staff here are top notch. Michelle, the manager there, has been fantastic. She has addressed every concern or issue Ive had quickly and effectively. Far and away the best customer service experience Ive had the pleasure of encountering. If youre in the market for a storage unit and you live in the area, please make these guys your first place to check out. You will not be disappointed.

The Public Storage in Shorewood is wonderful! The Customer service is excellent; Michelle knew exactly how to assist me with picking the storage unit size I needed. She explained the paperwork in detail with me, and outlined my insurance so that I understood exactly what I was getting from the very beginning! Whenever I had any questions, there was always someone knowledgeable in the office to assist me. The property is always clean and well kept. If I ever need to rent a storage unit again, I would come here, as I know I will be well taken care of!

After going to a competitors storage facility to discover it was closed five minutes before I got there. I googled storage and found this facility. The national representative gave me a great deal. We called the local facility which was closing in 10 minutes and asked if they would stay until we got there as our truck was already fully loaded. Michelle graciously stayed and set up my account 20 minutes after she shouldve left to go home. .for great rates and attentive customer service I would recommend this particular facility.

Michelle at the Hwy 7 Public Storage in Mtka/Excelsior has been FANTASTIC! She really knows her stuff, is efficient & friendly and is so helpful with suggestions. I started with a unit here a few years ago expecting to be here only a year. Things happened and changed and Ive moved around to different sized units- shes kept her eye on things for me and shes ever willing to keep me posted! I highly recommend this convenient and easily accessible location Michelles expertise & friendly presence is a pleasant bonus!

I think her name was Nicole and she made the process super easy. I ordered the space online and then within 10 minutes got a phone call. I met with her same day got my storage unit, lock and everything in my unit. Also she helped me sign up for automatic payments. Nice clean space with a security access gate. I signed up on March 30th and got an awesome deal. Thanks again for making everything so easy for me!

A couple weeks ago I went to the Shorewood Public storage looking for boxes for our upcoming move. Nicole was very helpful, I had some odd shaped packing needs and she was very patient with me and made some vary good recommendations on how to pack to prevent my stuff from being broke. Michelle is very informative and she definitely knows all the in and outs of her job. She knew every question I asked and showed me how everything works as Ive never rented a storage unit before. She also offered to take the call from the driver delivering our stuff coming over from Virginia to tell them where to park the truck!
