Donna has been a great help to me. Her knowledge of her profession and her dedication in helping you to make a good choice by giving you much information of what is available and what will work out the best for your needs. She has a great personality and is fun talking to about my needs, cost saving, size of storage unit. She made me feel comfortable in my moving transaction as I had so much pressure, stress in my moving from a townhouse to a single level Senior apartment. Her ability to work with many types of people, shows she has experiences in people pleasing. She even made a call to me after all my moves were done to see if everything worked out the way I wanted it. Offering me help anytime If needed. Donna has been asking (repeatedly) for me to write a review. I didnt write one when she was so pleasant about getting my storage set up so easily in 2007. I didnt write one when she helped me coordinate removing the lock when I lost my key. I didnt write one when she helped me update my contact and access authorization list from San Diego. I didnt write one when she helped my sister to vacate the storage unit. I didnt write one when she told me she would contact the owner about refunding the unused time of my last month. Donna has always remembered who I was when we spoke and has always gone out of her way to be as helpful as possible. Yesterday, she went out of her way to call me to tell me about the final rent with good news. Donna, you are the simply the best. Thank you!

Please READ BEFORE RENTING. Note that MN law forbids PS from requiring duplicate insurance (iirc maybe at all idk). If you have homeowners you most likely already have coverage. Several Natl class actions on the global PS Corp bc they keep over 80% of that "independent" insurance they offer. Not to fault of staff that they are required to lie to you and say you that most purchase it and that it is independent... Also a lie. So just insist that you already have the coverage and they will say okay! Please tell others if they are renting. Also they require you buy a PS Chateau lock which I was told you cannot reuse. Otherwise it is clean and well managed.

Sheela is an amazing resource. She takes pride in what she does. When I came in for a tour of the unit she was extremely friendly and personable. She explained everything about the contract in an easy to follow way. She was also really flexible with me when I wanted to schedule my appointment. The the next day when I came in to move my things she took special care to help ensure my move was smooth and easy. Sheela is has a heart for people and truly cares about your experience. It is refreshing to see someone enjoy their job as much as Sheela does. It makes it fun to stop by and visit. You are definitely in good hands going here.

WELL THE FIRST TIME I HAD MET DONNA, WAS WHEN MY SISTER NEED A STORAGE SPACE. SHE WAS SO WARM, FRIENDLY AND VERY VERY HELPFUL. SHE IS THE REASON WHY I CAME TO PUBLIC STORAGE WHEN I NEEDED A STORAGE SPACE. AGAIN SHE HAD THE AWARD WINNING ATTITUDE SHE WAS WARM FRIENDLY AND VERY VERY HELPFUL. THIS IS ALSO HOW I MET ANTHONY AND HE WAS AS WELL VERY FRIENDLY WARM A VERY VERY HELPFUL. THEY GIVE YOU THE FEELING THAT YOUR AT HOME AND THAT YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS ARE SAFE. I REALLY ENJOY DONNA AND ANTHONY AND RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GO TO HOPKINS PUBLIC STORAGE.

I arrived at the facility 20 min before closing and no one was around but there was a grey vehicle there so i waited to see if they would make an appearance. 2 minutes before closing time but no one showed. As i peered into the window hoping to find someone i noticed someones monthly payment check sitting on the desk about a foot from the window. Could have easily had all their banking info in a matter of seconds. Facility looked clean though. Hopefully this isnt a common practice but i think ill keep my banking info to myself on this one.

Donna is an excellent communicator. She always provides clear, accurate and thorough information every time I need questions answered regarding my storage unit. Since the day I began renting my unit, she has been consitently pleasant, kind and eager to offer the best service she can. Ive had nothing short of the best experience with Public Storage because of Donnas willingness to give the customers she deals with A-1 service. GO DONNA. Donna, however, has been so extremely helpful that everything is going smoothly. I have been using the storage unit for the past three years. I stored here once before and this is second time Ive stored at this facility, sheela was extremely friendly but most of all very professional. She knew that I knew how the process went but didnt slack on her job just because I knew the process already. Sheela did great, not only once but 2 times now with me, I will always come back to this facility for my storage needs and I recommend it to all others who need a place to store their belongings as well!

I was looking for boxes and other packing materials and was very impressed by the customer service. Sheela was very kind and answered any questions I had. When another customer came in she was very polite by excusing herself to go help them. I had a lot of question also about getting a storage unit and she was never pushy nor irritated with my different questions. Very honest and polite. I would recommend this location to my family and friends.

Donna is always thinking of how to help her clients make the right decision, for there best interest. That is while having fun doing it, always with a smile and laughter which is pretty unique today. The first time I was there she was helping a young couple figure out how to pay there bill , they didnt have much on the ball. She got them taken care in a nice friendly way. Nice Person Donna is.
