The rate for the unit was by far the best for a climate controlled unit and that was the only reason I contacted this facility, even though it wasnt the most convenient one. I have used storage facilities numerous times and have the feeling that there isnt much difference from one facility to another. Once, I was contacted by the on-site staff that thinking changed. What impressed me the most was the customer service provided by Suzanne. Im assisting my sister who is downsizing due to health issues that require a lengthy recovery. First, Suzanne immediately contacted me the next morning after I inquired, online, about the available units the night before. She changed her schedule/lunch to meet with my sister and me. My sister is a strong individual but is temporarily slowed in many areas. Suzanne exhibited wonderful understanding, communication skills and compassion with her. I cant imagine that she takes or extends this much time and effort with everyone, it was clearly above and beyond what my sister or I expected. He sincerity she exhibited with mys sister, the entire time was deeply appreciated. It was also obvious that she is proud of her facility and what I observed she should be. Over the last week I visited 7 different facilities and this one, by far, is the nicest and offered the best rate. It presented wonderfully from the time we pulled into the lot. Be assured that I will share my experience with my family and friends; thank you Suzanne!

This is a five-star location with five-star management! The storage area is clean and well-lit; I feel very comfortable storing the treasured items my late mother-in-law left me and my son. More importantly, Suzanne does a wonderful job managing this property. She is friendly, knowledgeable and always asking how she can be of service to my family and me. She even remembers the little things (which are really not little) about my life and follows up to see how things are going for me. How great it is to be more than just a number or account to a business! Finally, I trust that if there is something I need to know, Suzanne will make sure that I know it. I am very glad to have this resource so conveniently located to my home. Thank you, Minnetonka Public Storage.

Do not trust the personnel running the Public Storage, Inc. located at 2825 Hedberg Drive Minnetonka, MN 55305. Suzanne, the Manager, will tell you one thing, but the lease states the opposite. I was verbally told by Suzanne no written notice for cancellation or 30 day notice was required to vacate the unit. However, I was charged for the full month lease of my unit after it was vacated. Suzanne, the Manager, left me a voice-mail after I called inquiring why I was charged for the full month stating "she could not leave me specifics over a voice-mail." I have turned over the voice-mail to the Better Business Bureau and the Minnesota Department of Commerce in addition to a formal written complaint.

This is a recommendation letter in reference to Susan at the Heidelberg Dr storage center in Hopkins. First, suzanne is an exceptionally delightful person and comes across as really enjoying her work. Moving is a very stressful time and she made it as seamless as it could possibly be. She was extremely professional while at the same time accommodating our needs in every way possible possible. I would highly recommend this facility how clean it is how well kept it is and how well managed it is especially Suzanne. I have been looking for a parking storage for my car I checked some places but me not satisfied with poor service. at the last minute I end up at public storage in Minnetonka I talked to Bill the guy at the front desk and tell him what I need and he explain to me step by step how that works before I sign the paperwork. English is my second languish if I do not understand clear or the other person try to ignore what I ask and what I say I will never sign any paperwork. Bill really do a good job I gave him 10 stars I really recommend minnetonka public storage. dont forget ask for Bill... Ashley was very helpful. I asked multiple questions and made her show me multiple units and its very cold outside , I couldnt thank her enough for standing out in the freezing cold weather and asking me questions to for my needs in regards to what is right for storing my property, she is very good at customer service and did not show any frustration with all of my questions , I am definitely coming to store my belongings with Ashleys storage property !! All in all she is good at what she does and was made for the job that she has. I would recommend Ashley to friends and family members without s doubt ! Way too go Ashley you sold me on a storage unit , see you soon !

I cant say this enough, and I never write reviews, but I had to say that this is the best public storage location. Suzanne was amazing. My storage unit was clean, secure and the right size. Suzanne was extremely helpful. Not only did she know me and my unit number every time I came in, but she called me one month before payment was due when she realized I had forgot to pay (I paid every month around mid month when money was due end of the month). Thanks to her diligence i paid on time and avoided late fees. If you are deciding where to store your belongings, come here, you wont regret it.

Having this storage unit was very helpful to get through a difficult time when I needed to reorganize my house, and didnt have room to get my stuff out of the way to do the reorganizing! Suzanne and Bill were friendly, ready to help in whatever way possible, and made sure I knew that they appreciated my business. I will definitely return for any storage needs my family may have in the future! Its clean, well-lit, convenient, and well-managed-- great to do business here!

could not be more pleased with this storage facility. Suzanne and her staff were wonderful to me, and I will definitely use this facility again. I walk in the door and they know who i am and even the storage unit i am using. Very clean and well lit climate controlled facility. Easily accessible, convenient location and hours (office hours everyday). Rent is comparable to similar facilities. The on-site manager, Suzanne, was very friendly and helpful in the selection of the appropriate storage unit for our needs. She showed us different options and explained the benefits of each and helped us visualize the space and how to best organize it.

I recently rented a storage unit at this Minnetonka facility. Chuck Prine was very helpful and professional! The facility is super clean and secure. I passed along his information and a company brochure to my family members who will be moving soon. They plan on renting there when they put their house on the market. I would recommend this facility and working with Chuck to anyone who asks!
