I signed up to reserve a unit online and went through the Express Reservation system. When I arrived, they had all of my information and was able to help me immediately. The manager, Crystal, working at this location was very helpful and carefully reviewed what I would want to store in the unit to make sure I selected the right size. We then went and toured the unit, it was well-secured and easy to access. The "lease" is monthly so there is no fear of commitment. The entire process was painless and took about a half hour to get setup. I highly recommend this facility. Since I am a new tenant at this storage facility I cannot speak to the long-term experience of renting a storage unit here and I will amend my review if necessary.

Service was excellent. Marguerite was very friendly and helpful, and took time to explain options/pricing/etc. to make sure that i found a space that met my storage needs -- she made renting the space an easy and pleasant experience. Also, Anthony deserves special mention: During my visit, he had to deal with an EXTREMELY rude customer (who was angry over something that was not his fault, nor was he even involved), who started shouting, becoming verbally abusive, and generally acting like a child throwing the mother of all tantrums. He refused to escalate the situation, instead trying to be as helpful as he could, and maintaining a calm and professional demeanor that I couldnt have managed. Hats off to the both of you.

I am most grateful to Marguerite of the St. Louis Park location. This a great experience and a wonderful customer service. She asked impressive question of my requirement of the facility and how she can assist in making moving easy which she did by letting me have the Chart to move my heavy stuff into the storage...and another mind blowing service, she personally called me to be sure id moved my stuff because i was only there for a short period while she wasnt on duty. I picked Public Storage because it was near my home and found it to be a very successful experience. I had a couple of different sizes at different times and the staff was always helpful in getting those moves negotiated at these times. The facility and surrounding area always felt safe. I eventually vacated when a storage unit became available in my building which was more convenient and more cost affordable. Marguerite was extremely helpful when I vacated. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone.

I went in and rented at this facility and Janice the manager on duty was extremely rude and arrogant. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. She was throwing things onto the floor, Yelling at me, basically calling me stupid. I needed somewhere to put my belongings so I did rent and the property. The property looks clean and well kept up. Its the staff that isnt to friendly. Im Very disappointed with public storages a customer service.

Anthony ... This guy is exceptional. A true right hand man. Noble and willing to assist in what he can. Marguerite ... Theres a lot of stress when moving or just storing your belongings, treasured or not. Marguerite was most understanding and sincere in answering the questions I had. She realized just what I needed to know. Yes efficient, but a joy. I didnt get to pick this storage unit but most certainly would, next time. Thanks Anthony and Marguerite

Alexander was extremely helpful in helping me figure out which size storage unit to get for the items that Ill be storing in it and really knew the details of the storage units and what I would need in order to keep things safe and dry during the coming Winter. I was so pleased with the former owners of this facility and I was skeptical that I could expect anything comparable from Public Storage staff. Even though I wasnt ready for to actually rent Alexander was very professional and helped me with every step of the way determining what size unit I will need for my move. He suggested only products that made sense to me to use for our move and didnt try to sell us things we really wouldnt need. This Public Storage location has an excellent staff. They will take time in meeting your needs and earning your trust and confidence. Also, security procedures for this location are a lot better than most of other storage locations. Thank you for the worthy assistance, Theresa!!!!

They will jack up your price after few months and would even tell you anything. All they care about their stupid rules which are completely in favor of business owner but not any rule for customer or their benefit. If you really want to be screw then go ahead and sign for it.

Great service, all the way; Marguerite was very helpful and seemed genuinely appreciative of some boxes we left behind for her use. This was our second experience with this facility, although Marguerite is a new owner. Well be back if we ever have need of this service again!

Did not have an appointment when I stopped by, but Twanika was very nice and accommodating. She got me registered and ready to go within minutes. Location is a little confusing as it is at the end of a "Dead End" down a little hill. Easy gate access for tenants.

I got there 15 minutes before closing time running late and both Anthony and Crystal were very nice with still helping and was very time efficient in doing it. They even helped someone else vacate after they were already closed I most definitely recommend them!
