I went online to secure my reservation for a storage unit. When I got to this location on the date of my appointment, Craig informed me that the unit I reserved was not available. Rather than turn me away, Craig asked me how far I was willing to drive to another Public Storage location and proceeded to call around to the closest location that had the unit I needed. Within 5 minutes, Craig had spoken to the manager of the new location and secured the unit that I had originally reserved. My online reservation was transferred to the new location and the unit was available within 24 hours. Thank you Craig for going over and beyond to make sure I got the unit I needed. And the new location was perfect!

I first used the Eden Prairie Public Storage as a place to purchase boxes for a local move a few years ago. They were very helpful in helping me choose just the type of boxes, etc. we needed. This last summer we needed to buy a significant number of boxes/packing materials for a long distance move. Again, the helpful staff was there to help me. The best part came when I had to call them from another state a few weeks later to rent storage space back in Eden Prairie. Soon we will be needing to upgrade our current storage space. The entire staff was great to work with. We researched a number of places online including other Public Storage sites. This one was the most economical but also offered great service. We reserved a unit online and got a phone call from Craig within 30 minutes to confirm! The entire staff was helpful, efficient and friendly. Craig has been awesome to deal with, responding to questions thoroughly. Given I live in a different state than the storage unit, its nice to know my things are in good hands. The unit itself was clean, indoors, climate controlled and felt very secure. Thank you!

Unsafe Went again today and the gates were all open. The door to the building was wide open again. Keep getting told the lock breaks so they just leave it open. Opened my unit and someone had gine threw everything. All boxes open and tossed all around the unit. Drum set thrown every where. Guns stolen. So much for secure. Evidently Feb 15. Someone wnlent through picking locks and stealing things. They were caught. Asked why we were not notified and its company policy not to let people no about breaches in security. If your in the licked building go check your stuff.

Honestly facility is ok but Carol and the dm are horrible apparently if you talk to customer service or corporate office what they tell you doesnt matter Carol apparently thinks that since she runs it she can do whatever she wants regardless of what customer service or corporate office says also gets frustrating when you try to go make a payment nobody is ever there and then they call you at work constantly because payment is late and then tell me I just need to wait from half hour or more for them to get back to office with my three toddlers in the car

I thought I would need a climate controlled storage space moving into a small town home from our larger house. As it turned out I did not. Working with Craig and Dan Peterson, Craigs manager, they gave me a full refund for the space. They didnt have to do that, but they did. This is truly service that deserves a positive comment. I will certainly recommend this Public Storage to my friends and will certainly use them if I need in the future. Wonderful customer service!

We recently moved and to list our house we needed a 5x5 storage option to help with decluttering. The process to rent a storage locker was quick and easy. The location was hard to beat with easy access to highway 5 and 212. We only needed the storage locker for 3 months and when I went to check out, it was also quick and easy. If you are looking for a storage facility, I highly recommend this public storage location due to the friendly staff and great location.

Weve rented a lot of storage units over the years during various moves or needing extra storage space. So far this is the most pleasant experience weve had. Craig was helpful, friendly, and obviously cares about what hes doing. We got a good deal on our unit, and found something that will fit our needs perfectly! Janice is so helpful! I went in today to check out the spaces and prices. Janice delayed her lunch break and voluntarily showed me multiple spaces so that I could compare their sizes and features for my needs. Craig was great, he helped make the setup and closeout of the unit rental quick and painless. Was able to use PS EP to store all our stuff during a move. Unit was outside but covered which made getting things in and out during the normal march snowstorms easy. We will be back in the future if we have any need for additional storage space.

Great and friendly service upon our initial rental to the checkout process, Janice was very patient with all of my questions and made the experience very easy amid the chaos of a move! Customer service on the phone was helpful in first booking the unit. Only needed the space for a month but it was a perfect for us to use in the short-term.

I was in one of the inexpensive 5x5 non-climate-controlled units for just over 2 months and I really had low expectations. To my great surprise, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, let me us my own lock, and the unit was very clean and dry. It is in a good part of town and felt very secure and safe.

Friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable! Worked with my mom and I to accommodate both our storage needs during a tricky move and major life change! Love the policy of month to month because sometimes you never know how long exactly youll need to store stuff. Great hours to be able to access the lockers!

She spent a great deal of time going over everything, including the billing cycle, best door to park by, hours of operation, insurance, etc. The facility is also very clean, convenient and neat.
