This company is in transition from former ownership by W.H. Long Storage and while that process has been difficult for those involved, every interaction I have had with the employees at the Simply facility has been kind, friendly, and helpful! We were charged for an unknown fee (turns out it is just to pro-rate the account for the upcoming month) and the staff was helpful and apologized about any confusion. While the new website process and transition has been confusing - the staff at W. Lafayette Simply storage have been helpful and polite! Overall great customer service on the person-to-person end of things, however there could have been improvement from upper management in the transparency of transition.

So true to their name! The staff was personable, respectful, and fun and they made purchasing a storage facility so easy! She showed me the facility and told me all about it, helped me select which one I should pick for my needs, and even went back and cleaned out my facility (even though she said she hates spiders!) and put my lock on it while I finished filling out paperwork. The process was a breeze. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes (though we could have sat and chatted for a while) and I will definitely be recommending this facility to friends. The facility is so close to campus (probably 10 minutes or less) and so easy to access. Thanks gals!

We were recently charged for an unknown fee, went in to sort out the problem and were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to clear up the confusion. Really incredible customer service just trying their best to keep tenants happy during the transition from W.H. Long storage. Its been rough on the tenants and employees having to fill in gaps that have popped up during the transition that is out of their hands. They were extremely polite and helpful in making sure we had all the information we needed and followed up with giving us direct ways to contact them. 2.5 stars for smooth transition on the administrative end of business, 5 stars for customer service in person.

Went in for prices for an upcoming move to the West Lafayette location. There was a younger lady working with long blonde/brown hair. She introduced herself and I believe her name was Cohen. Anyway, she explained everything to me in detail, and was very patient with me. She showed me the units and I was able to decide which one I wanted. I told her I would be back because I wasnt ready to do this quite yet, and she said "no problem". She really took time with me and for what Im going through right now that was much appreciated. You need more people like her working for you. Excellent customer service. Ill go back and rent one real soon! Thanks!!

this storage area is not open (read: accessible) 24 hours, making it very inconvenient for use. why have a storage unit if you cannot get to it when you need to? also: called to ask if i could come in after hours and no one answered the phone. tried multiple times, even tried calling WH Longs company number and it just linked to local place. Service rating is Poor.

Best customer service ever. I felt very welcome as soon as I walked in the door. Cohen and Rebecca welcomed me with huge smiles on their faces and a great attitude! The unit was nice and the price was right. Thank you ladies for the great service! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

This place is a complete rip off. When they took over this location, they overlocked all the units that had a contract with W H Long. Then they charged multiple late fees, even though they never sent late fee notices. I would not recommend them to anyone. Despicable customer service, too.

Went in to fill out the paper work for a unit. The customer service we received was excellent! The manager was friendly, personable, patient and very informative! The unit is clean, organized and secure and the price is very reasonable. 10/10 would recommend!
