Hey, Glenn, the facility manager, is a good guy to work with, easy going, customer-oriented, and good attention to detail. I ordered online, he called the next day to setup a move in time. At move in, he showed us the space he planned to put us in and made sure it was OK with us before proceeding. Then we finalized to agreement in the office. He was able to setup monthly recurring payment automation right there, and when I registered on the online web account, everything I provided was already setup and able to be changed by me - great transparency of operations! The locker we got was clean and the door worked perfectly. Our gate code worked first time, every time. And as we came and went the next day, he recognized us, a nice touch. We are at-peace about renting storage here.

Glenn the Owner/Manager is the main reason I ended up choosing this location and business. Always super upbeat, honest and truly knows his business. When we are at our unit, he is onsite and checking in with us to make sure everything is going good. He has gone out of his way to make things more convenient for my mom and that is a rare trait in todays world. He even called me one day to let us know we did not secure our lock properly when we closed the door on our unit and that could potentially lead to "problems". So its nice to know they are protecting their customers belonging and double checking for us. Who does that? Right? I would recommend Glenn and this great location in Maple Grove to anyone I know.

I just moved to Minnesota from Montana and I needed a good place to store my belongings until I can find a house and Tom at Public Storage was so helpful! He showed my sister and I 3 different units because the one that I had originally reserved turned out to be way to small for all of my stuff! He was very informative on everything that Public Storage offers and did all the switching around with a smile and a wonderful disposition! In the future if I need to store anything else I would definitely go with these guys again. I will also recommend the facility to my family and friends! Thank you Tom for making my move to Minnesota just a little bit easier!

I stopped in and met Scott. They did not have the size I needed. They had one coming up the next day and Scott told me he would look around at other facilities and call me. Weve all been told that before and I left. The next day Scott called to tell me that the unit I wanted was available, along with a few others in the area. Scott followed through. He looked into other units and called back like he said he would. Scott helped me reserve the right unit for our move. He was a great help and it was nice to see someone really help us instead of just saying so. Thanks Scott, Dan

If you are shopping for storage, look no further! This facility is very clean and secure. We rented an outside parking spot for our travel trailer and it couldnt be better! Well paved lot, no junk vehicles sitting around, spaces clearly marked. Everything about the place speaks of quality and care-taking. And the security is monitored! Glenn was the best, and answered all our many questions cheerfully and was very friendly and helpful. We chose this one even though it was not the closest place to us and a few dollars more than others, but less than some.

I have been renting a unit for 3-4 years now. I must say the staff here is very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Had a problem last winter where the snow plow knocked my door out of whack. Scott had it fixed that afternoon. I closed my unit today and thought it would be a hassle and a months notice before I could get out. What a surprise when I was told if I had everything out by 6:00pm there would be no further charges. Nice deal. Thanks Tom and Scott for all you did and if I need to rent another unit I will come a calling....

I rented two units. The entire property was very clean and well maintained and my two units were also pristine and move-in ready. The contract signing process went well. Jan knew exactly what she was doing and quickly and efficiently led me through the process and answered all of my questions. Great transaction. Glenn has been a great guy to work with. Very happy with the two storage units my ex-husband rented for two months. Both units were very clean, dry and easy to move furniture in and out of. The surrounding area was always clean and I felt safe when entering and exiting the site. Glenn was always there to help out with any questions or help when needed. I will definitely recommend this storage site to my friends, and use again for any of my family members in the future.

Glen has been an outstanding representative of the Public Storage facility on Lakeland Ave. in Maple Grove.. As a former Public Storage renter in this facility (over 15 years!), I directed my son to rent a temperature controlled unit. My son and I have been helped with Glens tenacity as well as his continued problem solving skills with my sons storage unit. The temperature storage unit and building are as well maintained as they were 8 years ago.

I use public storage when ever I can. they have also been very good to me their rates are awesome. this location 11601 Lakeland Dr. Maple Grove mn is the best Glenn went out of his way to make sure all my needs were met and I was completely satisfied with the units. The online signup process was quick and easy. We went the next day to check in, and Scott was knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly in helping us. He showed us the unit before signing to make sure it met our needs, and he then went through the paperwork carefully and explained all we needed to know about the rental. We were impressed and are happy with our decision to store our things at this location!
