paid for moving truck and workers however due to technical difficulties i could not get into my unit. When we called the manager he said to come out another time. Not why i paid for 24/7 service. I Will be taking everything out today and i will never use this facility again. waste of money and i am extememly upset that i have to rent another moving truck

Very accommodating; been there for about 12 years due largely to this location being off 212 & Shady Oak. Previous ownership had once hired unprofessional employees; in contrast, I really like the current owners & management. With this type of service, (storage), no news is good news. Reliable, consistent service.

Twanika she was wonderful helped me out considerably really helped me out and also helped me the best deal at the best price she was wonderful I would love to come back and rent again from her she helped me also close my storage when necessary so I would not recharged beyond what I used she was very helpful
