I had a great experience here to start. Place is clean and well put together. When I went to check out, the lady took my key etc and said my code wouldnt work work to let us out the gate in the back, but, she would "keep an eye on the camera and buzz me out." I was locked in the back area for nearly an hour, trapped and livid. I called corporate, they couldnt help me because the employee wouldnt pick up the phone. Finally a different tenant came and buzzed in to come in so I slipped past. When I walked in, furious, to ask why she kept us locked back there, she was chatting on her PC. Worst experience ever. No one ever called to apologize. Just wow.

Whilst the facility itself is nice, clean and temperature controlled, no one answers the phone nor responds to emails. We agreed on $74/mo and after 8 months at this price, suddenly its $79/mo. I also referred a friend and he was told Id be getting a $20 credit, but that hasnt happened. Wondering what Id do if I wanted to vacate my unit - who would I talk to? ...this is the kind of place you store your stuff and forget about it because theres zero customer service.

Apparently does not check messages and impose fees for a written late notice (AFTER) you have already replied by phone just to make extra money. As a person that travels for living I have quite a bit of expenses without little shenanigans like this one. especially when youve been a customer for quite a while and has ALWAYS taken care of your bill. Greed is never good for any business!!!! Thumbs down and Vacating
