We rented a unit for over 7 mos (Oct 16-May 17) at this location during our housing transition and had a very positive experience. Randy Carlson, the location manager, is a phenomenal asset for the organization. Very professional, competent, accomodating, and kind. Yes, their fees are likely higher than most storage facilities, but we found it to be worth it. After 7 months in storage, our items had minimal dust and the unit remained air tight dry and clean. Highly recommend users consider this new facility when evaluating climate-controlled storage facilities.

After promo rates expired it went up to standard rates for a short period of time -- within 1 or 2 months I was notified that the standard rate was increasing. Im assuming this is a strategy typical for many storage facilities but its something to consider. Another frustration is that several times I visited to find one of the two garage doors and/or one of the two elevators out of service. This makes things very difficult when trying to access your unit. Good location and the building itself is clean/secure.

Nate gave the best customer service Ive ever experienced! Every time Ive gone to my storage unit, he is always super friendly and kind. Hes very personable and you can tell he treats every customer with the utmost respect! Nate takes pride in his job, and being able to give the best customer service! I wont ever use another storage unit! Lock Up Storage is by far the best around!

This place is crap, crap service, crap attitude, and now a crappy price. We will be moving or stuff asap out of this place and will not give another dime to these folks. They have raised the rent 4 times in less then a year and we have gone to over 150$ from 110$ when we moved our item in. Not good......

I have had the nothing but great, friendly service by Randy and the team here at the Lock Up Self Storage. The ability to use their truck is a huge bonus! The building still looks and feels band new! I have been a storage rental guy for years and this place is the best!

Randy went above and beyond with customer service, going out of his way to accommodate my unit rental when I had a tightly scheduled cross-country move. The facility is very clean and the staff really does everything they can to ensure a smooth move-in.
