Great support for Veterans. First of all, kudos to Waterway for honoring their Veterans and military with a free wash. That act alone on this one day of the year will result in future business...other carwashes in the area did not do anything...I respect that decision but will always patronize businesses that support their Veterans and military. I was greeted politely by a young man and also by the young lady at the counter. Yes, they appear to staff with young men and women but unlike the commenter below, I wasnt too concerned. They spent a lot of time inside and out and I was pleased with how my car turned out. I was comforted by the fact that they all knew how to drive a manual. My lithmus test is if I see them drop a rag and then use it to keep drying the car. Well, one guy did drop a rag but he only used it to clean/dry the tire which is fine. Well done and thanks agian.

I was wary about going here since I noticed all teenagers working there. From my experience, most teenagers are usually more focused on getting tip money...and usually rush the job to get many cars done and do not pay attention to detail like adults do. Nevertheless, I decided to give it a try...boyyyy was I right on about my beliefs. I got one of the expensive packages that included carpet cleaning and wax job. I was finding leftover wax in not only in nooks and cracks but in obvious places...like my whole rear diffuser and underneath my front bumper..and in between the front grill. I was finding wax for days and weeks. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it was just that worker...but my best friend used them(before I could warn him) and he got the exact results..This is def. not a place for a high quality wash..maybe a quick one.

I paid $115 for a detail package and my vehicle was cleaned pretty well, so well they even took it upon themselves to remove items from my truck and not put them back. I am now without my phone charger for my vehicle and an aux cable. The items were removed on Friday, I noticed Friday evening but didnt have a chance to call until Monday morning. I was told by two employees that someone else who uses my vehicle must have took them. Sounds good - however, I am the only person who uses my truck so theyre going to have to try again. I am pending a return phone call from the store manager... Im sure if I get the call it will be more excuses about how their thieving employees didnt remove my items. Avoid this location.

My exterior wash was decent my front windshield is full of streaks and Fuzzys I paid for full service but my dashboard still was dirty my door door is still dirty my back seat still has stuff all over it they did not vacuum very well the seats are still covered and stuff and there is still mud on all of the plastic pieces I figured when it says full-service yeah you would get all of the plastic but apparently you just get the outside and a little bit of a vacuum not worth it I am entirely not impressed with the $20 I spent there never again

Service was great. I definitely tipped the kids I had. The boys and girls that work there are so wonderful. The manager was very discourteous though, he was not very polite to me or the kids working there. At one point I saw him rip a towel out of one of the employees hand and I just dont think that his attitude deserved that position. It was Very disappointing to see someone like him working as an authority figure at a mainly teenage employed work place.

I just finished getting a full service done and of course as I pull off I realize that under my mats werent cleaned (I mean seriously my 5 year old cousin knows how to vacuum a car better than those boys), the cup holders still dirty, the front console is dusty. Thank god the automatic wash did a decent job. This was probably the worst car wash experience Ive ever had..never coming back again.

Best carwash / gas station in Johnson county. The only station that sells 93 octane for my car. All of the employees are fantastic, friendly and attentive. Love the location as well.

Terrible. Rude staff. Tire inflator was broken, let more air out of my tire and and employee just shrugged and told me Im out of luck

Their inside cleaning was a joke, plus I paid extra for wheels cleaning, and I did it see any difference! I wouldnt recommend it!
