Car wash is pretty good for the price…but the tire shine is terrible. When I get back home I have to re-shine each tire. Some of them look like they didnt apply any tire shine at all and the others are missing the shine sporadically around the tire. My last visit there I noticed that I have a piece of my chicken lights on my roof bent upward. Im positive it happened from the brushes they use, but of course theres nothing I can do about that. Overall, decent wash…but would be a million times better if the owner pressed the workers to get the tire shine down.

Out of all the Kansas City detail shop/car wash Ive been to this one is by far the best one in the city. My new truck was a muddy disaster when I brought it in and I drove it out of their shop looking like the day I drove it off the dealership lot. They took their time with the $70 detail package I purchased so I knew they were going to do diligent work and they did! I will definitely come back to detail my other vehicles. Also the man eye candy is not so bad ;-). ~ one happy customer!

The conveyor malfunctioned and threw my truck off the track into the automated brushes. My side mirror was pushed back and I believe my truck was dented. The owner and employees dismissed that the faulty equipment could have done any damage. Plus one of the employees tried to harass me and say that some how it was fault their equipment malfunctioned, geesh. I was a regular customer, never again. Find some place with better equipment and service.

So they claim to be open until 6pm, but Ive found that to be unfounded. By the time I get off of work and make it over there its 5:50 pm and they have been closed or packing up every time I get there around that time. The only time I can get in is when Im off of work. They also seem to leave my glass dirtier when they hand dry it down after the wash. I love the location, but they need some work on their services.

Went today to have my car washed. Should have just drove to my regular spot but wanted to save gas. This was the worst customer service I have ever received I have never been there before so I had some questions. They could care less. After spending $17.00 on the wash and vacuum my front bumper is still covered with bugs. I can say they are still in business simply because of location.

Prices range from $8-$15. They hand you a large amorall-type wipe when you pay so you can work on the inside while being pulled through the wash. As you go in a guy with a pressure hose soaks the car, once you are through the other side 4 more guys towel dry the last drops of water. They also do detailing there. I am pleased with my $10 deluxe wash.

We are regulars and think the wash is great. Always have great service and come out with a clean vehicle. I guess some people dont understand when you go through an automatic wash, youre car is probably not going to look like its just been detailed! My wife and I both love fast lane and will continue to be regular customers

I have taken some extremely dirty work trucks here and gotten them back looking brand new, inside and out. I have also had great experience explaining just what I need when I wasnt sure it fit into a package option. They are always concerned about satisfaction and take pride in their work.

Not satisfied. Just an OK job for the price. My first time there. Whats with the wet wipe? The girl handed me my change and I thought she gave me back wet money. Very few air dryers. Not happy with the wash. I knew I should have waited and gone to Green Lantern closer to my house.

Not sure if it is new ownership or what, but this is the first time Ive had poor service. The long haired kid that guided me into the stall was very very rude. Also, apparently at the end the car wash they dont wipe your car down any more. Not sure if I will go back.

We only go to Fast Lane Car Wash and are always happy with the service we get! The people are friendly and do a good job! I also like the having the vacuums available to use yourself if needed. Great to have this car wash in the Northland and at a great location!

The kids that work there guide you in are a little pushy when you are pulling your car in. I noticed they are in a hurry to sit back down, so that they be the reason they rush you in, when one is just trying to make sure their wheels are going to line up correctly.

Car had numerous water/soap spots after leaving. The overall cleaning quality is great and got three weeks of dirt, dust, and bird droppings off my car for $16. Not bad, but theres room for improvement.

Horrible customer service. Girl at the hut was friendly but car washers were rude. Go to kwik car in parkville, the high school aged kids will appreciate your business.

Sucks for the money. Tire shine poor. Wah left streaks. Couldnt tell if under car was washed. No in car vacuuming. Not worth the money.
