Christina and Kevin were great to work with from start to finish. We purchased a used car from a local dealership within the area but were not told the car was previously owned by a smoker. After picking up the car and turning on the AC, we immediately smelled the smoke coming from the AC vents. We tried to get the dealership to take care of this problem but after giving them the car 3 times to "clean" it and finding that the smell still persisted throughout our vehicle, we just decided to take it to the experts- Shamerrific Shine. They were able to get us in for an appointment within a week of calling them and got the car back to us within 24 hrs of dropping it off. Plus, they even recommended that we go back to the dealership and request that they pay towards the cost of the cleaning...and they did! The 3 step process they used to clean the car gets the smoke out from every crevice of the car and has it smelling brand new. We couldnt be happier with the service we received and the job they did on our car. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for interior car detailing services, especially if your car was previously owned by a someone who smoked. They offer exterior Car detailing services as well so I plan to try that out in the future. Btw: if you are apprehensive to commit because of the cost (we were at first as well), trust me- its worth it! Ive learned that in many cases, to get the best results, you have to pay for what you get. This is no different...the service is worth every cent.

After a tree fell on my car, I brought it to a body shop to get it fixed. I got it back three weeks later and it reeked of mold. If I left something in it or even after I drove it, I could smell mold on myself for the rest of the day. After looking up different shops, I brought it to Shamerrific Shine. We did a walk through when I arrived and they were able to identify where they thought it was coming from without me even giving them details about the tree. They took the car in and pulled up the carpets to find black mold in the padding on the passenger side (that of course got into other areas). Christina and Kevin went over everything with me and the different possibilities and options. They were very laid back and asked what I wanted to do - never pushing anything on me. I left my car with them for a few days so they could clean it and replace the padding, etc. Christina called a couple of times to give me updates and arrange with me when would work to pick up my car. I always felt in great hands as they worked their magic. The interior detail was great, but even better was that they got rid of the smell! They didnt just mask the smell, but treated the cause and then cleaned to get rid of what had been left behind. The smell not there when I get in the car - and thus not stuck to me when I get out of it. Everyone I met who works there was wonderful. They were all nice and accommodating. I would definitely go back!

I have a 2006 Toyota Tundra 4-door pickup that I use for my daily commute; it was a complete mess at the end of the summer due to lots of camping and dog-hauling. We have a yellow Lab, and she loves to jump in the back seat and go along whenever we leave the house. I had neglected my truck for too long, it had lots of bug guts on the outside, ad lots of dog hair on the inside. I called to get some additional information about the detail services offered by K&C. At first I was a little hesitant, because the lady I spoke with made a comment about extra charges for larger vehicles and excessive dog hair. I almost went elsewhere, but Im very happy I decided to go ahead and use the services of K&C. I dropped my truck off the evening before and left the keys in the dropbox. Returned late the next afternoon, and was stunned to find a nearly brand-new truck. All the dog hair was gone (with no extra charge), the carpets and upholstery looked brand new, probably cleaner than theyd been since I drove the truck off the lot when it was new. The outside was just as impressive, the wax job and the wheels all looked brand new. Ive been very happy with the services I received, and wouldnt hesitate to return to K&C the next time one of our vehicles needs a thorough cleaning

I whole-heartedly recommend Shammerrific Shime! Christina, Kevin, and the whoIe staff treated me very well while I waited for my car. They provided free coffee, wifi, TV & Netflix. More importantly, they walked me through their process, and showed me some expected trouble spots up front. They kept me informed throughout the process/wait. I would describe them as minor miracle workers! My 11 year old Honda Pilot has suffered through three kids and a somewhat (ok...very) slobbish driver who may or may not treat the car as a living room/ dining room/ office. It now looks brand new! They brought my multiple-time coffee stained carpets back from the dead, and similarly resurrected the carpets and seats in the middle row (three-kid war zone) and rear storage area. If your headlights are cloudy, I would highly recommend their headlight polish service. After 11 years and 137K miles, my headlights were noticeably dimmer and had a cloudy yellowish/partly opaque appearance. In no time at all they polished them up to a crystal clear, brand new appearance! The increase in brightness and beam throw at night is drastically improved! Im definitely happy to support this local business and will return again!

I was thinking of buying a new car, but after pricing what I wanted, decided to spruce up "Blondie" and keep her. I took it too a body shop and had every door ding and scratch repaired, then to K&C Solutions for the full beauty treatment. I love the pick up service they offer. All I had to do was drive to work like any other day and hand the keys over. A few hours later my car was back and I couldnt believe what a great job they did. Carpets looks practically new and all the leather was just beautiful. (Blondie is a Ford Edge SUV, white diamond outside and white carpet and leather inside) NO easy customer in my opinion and they just could not have done a better job. The hand wax, tire shine and my shiny wheels were absolutely dazzling. Ive never had anyone do such a good job on the interior glass, no streaks no misses, just awesomeness everywhere you looked. I own my own retail shop; Tea Market, and am there 6 days a week, their pick up and drop off service is invaluable to someone like me. Their service is top of the line, expensive and worth every penny. Blondie and I will be back. SO glad I didnt waste money and get a new car!

Ill start by saying Id give the people and quality of their work five stars, but I found the pricing to be asinine which ultimately ruined my five-star experience. After looking at reviews for different places in the area and deciding this was the place to go for quality work, I checked out the different pricing packages online. I requested the Superior for "$175 and up" but she said they didnt have anything for $175. Okay, annoying. I should note that my dog had a vomit accident but I had cleaned it up; I just made the mistake of informing them of that because it automatically tacked on additional charges. So the Superior service that I requested (both exterior and interior, and starting at $175) turned into the Elite Interior for $225 and then I was charged an ADDITIONAL $65 for the "vomit" that was no longer there AND $100 for dog hair. Obviously, anyone can understand the frustration of requesting a $175 service that turned into a $440 invoice. Dont get me wrong, I love my car and how it looks. Quality is not where this business lacks. Had I been properly informed of my itemized charges, I would not have had this work done.
